Run down property & trash around the rooms & parking lot

The front entrance area was dirty, and the shower was very small. There was a dark area, just before entering the shower which gave the impression of a dirty floor. However, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was nice. I would give the staff an excellent rating.

Dangerous the key cards don’t work properly someone tried to get in our room in the middle of the night our last night and couldn’t sleep after that so we left early because we felt unsafe!

Room was not clean. Pool was not operational.

Pictures are old. The property is run down, and the chairs outside the room are in bad shape. The pool and hot tub are covered and not usable

Check in went well. We arrived at the room and noticed the last persons room keys were on the table next to the bed and someones shirt was hanging over the back of the chair so they obviously did NOT clean the room after the last person checked out. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Dirty dusty rooms. Bathtub locked like it wasn't washed in months.

We got an "accessible" room as to not have stairs. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was awful; tile and grout were filthy. We both had stomach issues the next day and believe that came from the breakfast bar. We will find somewhere else to stay, next trip.

Solid hotel. No frills but the staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was diverse and good. I would stay here again.

Three of us shared a double queen room. It was comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was hot, fresh and yummy.

Nice and clean. Room is well furnished. Bright lights for work. Bathroom is bright and well designed Climate control is good. Property looks new.

It was good but bed not firm enough for me but it was good enough for my fiancé… price a little high

It is Benson, an underfunded city without the funds to improve itself

one night stay. definitely not worth the $160 price.

Shower needed shampoo filled, towels were very rough, insufficient plug ins, cable tv kept going out, rather lumpy bed with microfiber sheets that need to be thrown away. Breakfast was ok.
