Good place to stay for a night.

Clean room, comfortable bed.

Had some issues to resolve with the neighboring room, but Sarah at the front desk was awesome and got it resolved right away! Really enjoyed my stay.

Convenient, clean, and affordable option for lodging.

Was told there wasnt a contobental bfast,and come to find out there was,and we missed out. The room was dirty,and i ended up getting a rash on my neck from the pillow case seemed like it was dirty even tbough it looked clean,to touch it,it felt filthy

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of what we did was on trails just north of town, so the location was great for us! Staff were very professional and kind. Price was excellent! Two things I would wish for: an ice machine accessible before 8 am, and larger bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion installed in bathroom instead of just a little bottle of shampoo and a bar soap in plastic. Nothing we couldn't work around, though--we had an insulated water bottle for ice and Fry's is practically next door. In room coffee suprisingly decent.

Texas Road House a mile away if you like the restaurant. Need to update pillows.

Rooms were remodeled, beds ands and bathroom were good. Pillows lacking in what I prefer them to be.

You get what you paid for. We stayed one night while traveling back home. I reserved because of the great reviews and cost. I asked for a crib before we got there and the message I received was “absolutely, ask the front desk”. Front desk looked confused and said let me check the back. They brought back an old dusty pac n play that they didn’t even know they had. It was dusty and crusty. We didn’t use it. Tried to get a water from their vending machine, didn’t work, got a Coke that was expired. The curtains weren’t blackout. The light was bright and woke up my baby right at the crack of dawn. I didn’t however hear the train all night. It ran when we got there and when we left. No clue if it happened while we slept there. The shade lamps were dusty. It is what it is. Good for one night. Probably wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kings House Motor Hotel. It was clean with a spacious bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and front desk employees were outstanding. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here at Kings House. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
