The room was larger than anticipated and smelled good. Clean hotel. The pool area smelled funky, but my daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool.

There was no soap or shampoo in the room. I had to go each day to the front desk to get shampoo and soap for us to take showers after long days at Kings Island. The furniture in the room was old but functional and matched the photos. The front desk staff were courteous and facillating and had no problems with them. I would recommend that someone clean the plastic doors where the bagels were located for breakfast. They need it. It is a economical place to stay and I do recommend it. BUT, do not expect you are staying at the Hilton. It is what it is.

The whole stay was wonderful. Just need to stick the room for 4 people if it has reservations for 4.

I liked that it was very close to kings island but place seemed run down. Found sprite on ground. Shampoo and soap were very low grade. Musty smell. Pillows were flat. Food was watery.

The staff was friendly but my room smelled terrible. The shower made a weird squeaking noise the entire time as well.

Great stay for the value! Spacious room and Beds were super comfortable. Excellent indoor pool. And the included hot breakfast was such a nice surprise. Definitely recommend!

A good place to stay cheap and convenient!

The hotel smells old and of mildew. Room lights were so dim couldn’t see if room clean. The carpet had holes and the room smelled bad. Heater was on in the 3rd floor. I checked out soon after checking in.

Check in was easy, the room was clean, and the AC worked beautifully!

Was attacked and woken up at 6AM by a medium-sized BIRD that flew into and around my room thru a defective sliding window on the third floor! Apparently, the bird wanted to eat the dead cicadas that were in the window frame. Office chair was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was sad, as I don't care for waffles or biscuits/gravy and can't eat sugary donuts or cereal. No coffee machine was available in the room.
