Decent stay.

Was a perfect location. Very comfortable and clean. Would stay again

We have stayed here many times when in Carmel. They did a total remodel and it turned out great. Plenty of on site parking and access to all the great shops.

It is for all intents and purposes a motel. Cheap flooring and furniture, cars were parked 3 feet from our window. The only redeeming feature was the bed, which was clean and comfortable.

Such a great location. For the price this property is great, staff is super friendly. Rating based on grounds and cleanliness.

We had a last minute trip to the area and Mary on reception could not be more helpful. The room was spacious and very close to the centre of Carmel. Free parking was a bonus. Will definitely stay here again.

The smoke alarm from next door went off at 3am and it kept going on until 5am. Couldn't sleep well

Friendly welcome. Clean and comfortable room. Good self-serve breakfast. The only drawback was some traffic noise overnight.

You’re average hotel. It’s closed to downtown Carmel so you can walk to the different attractions there.

My wife and I had an amazing time at the Best Western in Carmel! The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is very centrally located right in Carmel downtown. I would highly recommend?

Place was okay but the rooms were smelling like some kind of perfume. Unfortunately we got this place the last minute because we were not planning to stay in Carmel which I found too expensive. The lady in the front desk was nice but the place needed extra work. Breakfast was good.

This was the worst hotel stay I have had. It was dirty, nothing worked, tv out, phone out, filthy and no one at the office. I can’t believe I paid to stay here.

Good location, easy to walk around! The guy at the front desk was very hospitable, the room was nice and modern-looking. However upon entering the room, there were flies coming in from the window. There were a few dead bugs that weren’t cleaned up by staff and other details that made it evident that staff did not clean properly.
