Only issue was we were given a king bed when we registered for 2 queens. Easily changed.

Great place to stay - and like the outside patio area. Nice touch. Great Breakfast too. A little above the average breakfast. I would have given the place 5 stars but the TV stations were few and didn’t work. All I wanted to do was watch the news but their convoluted directions were totally wrong - the front desk tried to walk it through with me but still no picture or sound - so I gave up. There own staff admitted the directions where bad. So when I torn them up the morning check seemed irritated that I did. They said all you have to do is hit Dismiss - when I said there is no dismiss button or feature they are like it’s the OK button… then why didn’t you write OK and not Dismiss? There was more to it but put a sour taste on the whole experience.

It was OK but only had limited TV most channels were scrambled. Had I known this and the breakfast was not very tasty. I would have stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street. Not worth the price charged.

room was clean but pretty basic and there was almost no tv service. a total of 7 channels - local and pbs only. room was very noisy. very little sound proofing and you can hear interstate all night. bed ok but hard. Expected better for the price point.

Very clean, Had everything we needed but a little pricey for only 5-6 channels for us to watch. Also and this wasn’t due to the motel doing anything but we just went 500 plus miles and were tired so we went to bed early and at 12:00 am a huge semi moving truck with a car attached comes into our section with no outlet and tries for an hour with a noisy truck trying to back out and couldn’t. Annoying but maybe if the front desk gal knew he was driving that big of truck she wouldn’t have had him come in there then try to turn around. Or maybe the guy in the semi should have checked it out first before he drove in.

We have stayed here several times over the past 3 years and have always been well pleased and they welcome pets, however the past 2 times have not been as good. The property and rooms don't seem to be as well maintained and the floor in our last room wasn't as clean. We hope all that changes because we would like to keep staying there.

This was a convenient location and we had a good night rest. Price, staff and parking could have been a little better, but for a quick stop on our road trip this place met our needs.

The property overall was pretty good. I am not a big fan of outside entrances.

The staff at check in and check out were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is fine when you’re traveling with dogs like we were, but it looks pretty run down, the outside dog area was super small and just a dirt/rock ground, not a blade of grass in site. The floor in our room was not clean. I had to keep cleaning my feet before getting into bed. The room we had was directly next to the interstate and it was like trying to sleep on an airport runway…so loud. The beds were rock hard, the blankets were barely more than a sheet, and the pillows were flat after about five minutes. Couple that with paper thin walls and it really was a very-noisy-not-restful night. However, the breakfast served was delicious and plentiful, and the area was very clean. It was a great way to start the morning. I would say if you need a reasonably priced dog hotel and can sleep through anything, then you will be fine. Again, can’t say enough about the staff…top notch in customer service.

Need a little more detail in the bathrooms Breakfast was great ! But in the end like to stay here. Recommend

The toilet bowl was dirty, the grouting around the tile in the entryway was dirty. The WiFi was not working. The ladies at check in were rude!!

Ok my husband was greeted by these two voluptuous women who were very nice and my husband would like to give a shout out to the one who wore the shirt with cozy on it!! The stay was awesome and oatmeal raisin cookies were delicious!!!

Helpful staff. I have a food allergy and they were very helpful with information on what ingredients were in the breakfast.
