Power went out in my room while blow drying my hair and the staff didn’t know how to fix it so had to move to a different room after half hour of hastle at 10pm.

Not good enough for price

Recently updated room, comfortable bed and room was very clean, breakfast was very good. Lots of parking, but now charge $10.00.

It was just ok. They charged extra for parking even the site said free parking

Room was noisy and could hear all the walking around from the room above us. Thermostat to control heating and cooling was broken and parking was limited due to work being done onsite

It was much easier and less expensive than my previous stays at the Holiday Inn Express at Metrotown.

They are in the process of renovationg but did not effect us in the least

There should be microwave included in the rooms and should have better coffee machine

We liked the hot breakfast. This room itself was clean and the bed comfortable . The area around looked like there was renos being done, so the areacaround the hotel was not in nice shape.

The staff is always so friendly whenever I stay here.

We travel to the area often and thought we would try this place. Pleasantly surprised at the experience and will definitely consider this for future stays.

Lotanof banging from the rooms beside us around 1am to 3am every night. The restaurant downstairs is not very nice. They chase us for not giving tip in fron of other costumers where in fact, we left cash on our table for the server. Very rude, i think that is the manager. Very disappointing. We did not go back to that restaurant again. Other wise the housekeeping are very friendly as well as the reception staff.

Having stayed at multiple Best Western Hotels, this was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, this is a motel, not a hotel and nowhere does it advertise as thus. The rooms do not feel secure or private and the walls are paper thin. You could hear the entire conversation of the family next door to the point I knew exact names of each family member. Furthermore, the price is extremely unreasonable and for what we paid, I expected a lot more and at the very least, to have a microwave in my room and outlets that worked or actually held the plug in its socket. My biggest qualm and a primary reason I will never be back here and urge others to be cautious, would be my experience with the local residents. On an excursion to procure ice one night, as I left my room and to my utmost distress, a VERY large rat was sat on the landing staring at me before scurrying down the stairway and off into the night. Who knows where he went, but I’m glad we left the next morning.

It was clean, quiet and had parking available. They are renovating so everything is getting a fresh update. It was a pleasant stay.

Very loud. Gave us wrong room to start. The room above us was so noisy by just walking and it seemed like the just walked in the room constantly. Coffee maker was soooo loud too. Very abrupt and noisy.

Very good price convenient bus stop infront of the hotel 10min of Metrotown and a generous breakfast free every day of the stay a lot of options clean room very good staff and we have are room early I strongly recommend

We came 15 minutes before check in and have to wait, it's ok, But since the hotel was not really completely booked, not sure why staff was not able to prepare the room in advance. The worst thing - smell of cigarette smoke in the room. When we entered we saw aromatic candles burning, staff was trying to reduce smore smell. Not easy - windows are not opening and we kept door to the street opened for few hours, that did not helped. Everething else was just ok/
