Very nice

The rooms are very nice size, the shower is verg big with his and hers basins, shower robes and slippers, mini bar service available with multiple alcohol options. The single negative is the toilt is missing a basin so you need to go to the shower room after using the toilt

Everything from fried eggs to scrambled to hard boiled, sausage, vegetables chia seed pudding salmon beads of all kinds cream cheese...meats, cheeses and every type of cake and pastry imaginable. Great breakfast buffet.....

Beautiful hotel, friendly service, great location!

Fantastic boutique. Staff awesome. Great breakfast. Quiet, clean. Near to so many attractions and city centre one can just walk and enjoy the stunning architecture and history. Had a suite which is above our usual level but was a birthday treat. Balcony overlooking ring road but little to no noise bar police and the marathon going past was a real treat. Love the city and the people.

I will definitely stay here again. Amazing view and customer service!

Just a great location overall. All key areas are walkable in Vienna and others are a 15min cab ride ( Schönbrunn Palace). Rooms look recently updated and are very clean. I only wish the pillows were a bit firmer but great spot overall. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel , small but very clean . The shower in our room had no door and no slope so after every shower whole bathroom was flooded!! Even leaked in room

Booked the Deluxe Suite which was very spacious and very tastefully decorated. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The large bath tub was relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. The only critique I have is that the pillows isn’t the best. The hotel is in a great location with easy links to all parts of the city as the stations is close by. Some lovely place to have a drink and food close by. Can definitely recommend this hotel as the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Absolutely loved staying at this hotel. It's in the heart of the city and is walking distance to almost anywhere in the main city. Even if you need to get public transport, you're literally only a minute walk from the nearest subway. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are a decent size and the staff are extremely friendly. Highly recommend staying here.

Originally booked for two adults then added a child onto the stay the staff were than accommodating with the request. The room was bigger than thought and the bath tub was amazing. The hotel is located just across the road to the main city attractions and shops. Most staff were helpful with questions.

This hotel is perfect for those going to the opera because of its location. It is in a central location for shopping and restaurants but it was also clean and quiet.

The hotel did not have a ton of amenities but they were kind, the location was great and our room was spacious.

First Class hotel without the price tag. Our stay was excellent in every way. We had a classic room and it was very large, modern amenities, all the extras…fridge, nice coffee machine, usb ports bathrobes and more. Staff was super responsive. The breakfast was absolutely top notch, beautiful restaurant with wait staff to attend your every need. They made your coffee for you and served it…you could have more than one. Worth every penny to pay for the breakfast. It is right in the heart of old Vienna…minutes from everything including the excellent team and underground systems. Stay there!!!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful except for one incident related to housekeeping. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were present and we observed first hand the person wipe down the shower and floor and then proceeded to clean our drinking glasses with her bare hand. Instead of replacing the glasses they were replaced after this unsanitary action. This was the only disappointing part of our stay.
