Staff were all pleasant and the breakfast was fantastic

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - near train station, restaurants, shopping, and great transportation. Close to attractions, and museums. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stinky room, small showers, not ideal

Excellent hotel, really friendly staff, clean room. Only thing I found a bit odd was a frosted glass door with no lock for the bathroom, but as a solo traveller I had no issues with it.

We like staying in this hotel however on this stay the toilet bowl seemed dirty with lime deposits. Also, no hooks to hang towels. No small hand towels. A couple were fighting at midnight. Police came.

Very Nice Hotel in the Heart of Aarhus!

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Aarhus. We had a room where we could have our daughter and our dog. 300 kroners extra for the dog. The room alocated for dogs is a really fine room close to the ground floor. The hotel is only a one minute walk from a park. The only downside is, the room is adjacent to some sort of service room, so you can hear noisy machinery behind the door. The service level is very high and staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel and room are very clean. A littke criticism would be that they wrote in a mail to us, that there would be a little toy and food bowl for the dog. There was neither. We did not bring our own food bowl because they wrote this. When we asked for a food / drinking bowl they found an empty discarded food container that was leaking. When we asked for something else they put two of these together. At most hotels we have stayed at with our dog these items were included in the dog fee. We would stay there again, so these issues are only for information on the hotel. The breakfast buffet was beautiful. High quality and very tasty. The breakfast room was very comfy. They offer free coffee, cake, veggies and fruit in the lobby. This was a really nice service.

The property is close to the train station. I like the cosy common room. It has free tea and coffee, fruit and sometimes cake provided.

Pillows small and too soft.

They should not say there is a bar, a restaurant or parking, as none of those exist. Rooms are very small, there’s no safe in the room and there’s no ac available so it’s hotter than heck. You can’t keep windows open because of the noise all night long and the toilet paper is like sandpaper. The breakfast is great and the people are nice but the elevator is too small (holds 2 people). All in all, it was OK, not great.

The hotel is next to the train station and many different restaurants. It was so convenient. Hotel was clean, and staff were friendly and kind. We felt welcome. The triple room was clean and comfortable. Except the bathtub is little unsafe for oldies like us. Since the water wet the floor from taking the shower and felt unsafe to get out from the tub.

The room is small. There is not counter in bathroom, could not leave anything in there.

Wonderful staff!!, great location with dining, shopping, train station 5 min walk, center of town 5-10 min walk, fantastic breakfast buffet. Offered complimentary coffee/tea, ice cream, desserts, fruits in the afternoon. Our room faced traffic, very noisy, no air conditioning so windows had to be opened. Would stay again!!!

The hotel is in a brilliant location, directly across the road from Aarhus Station. It's an easy walk to central Aarhus and its attractions. The hotel is great with friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast plus coffee available any time you want.

Location was great

The room was clean, but in a noisy part. The water in the shower was too hot and the water valve was defective so I could not adjust the temp. I made a complaint but we were leaving the next day. Double bed was terrible. Every time I moved the top mattress bounced and disturbed my husband, and vice versa. We did not sleep well. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and check in was quick. The hotel is close to the train station, restaurants, and shopping. The room had no special amenities.

Staff were accommodating. The hotel is clean and beautiful with histories.. Everything here is in walking distance, and the train station is across the train station
