Arrived early for check in, lady tolme I had to wait because room is not ready, after ten minutes another customer came in and they gave him a room key, weird, another one checked in and they gave him room key too, after the fith person I had to ask, the front desk forgot about me, 20 minutes waiting, building needs maintenance.

Nice property with good view of the beach every room has a balcony. Only problem i could see is property could use some cosmetic uprades such as painting

Terrible and if you use 3rd party booking they refuse to give you receipt at check out. They will tell you that the 3rd party booking will do it in email. They will then charge you as you stand there for a smoking charge. We don't smoke. Its a scam. Terribly uncomfortable beds, rooms are not comfortably seating is terrible and the power was out the 3rd day of our stay and the elevators dont work half the time. So 10 floors up. Never ever again. They will keep you on hold so you just go away. Pay more go to the Hampton 2 hotels down. We usually stay there every year. They are pleasant and we've never been scam charged at the Hampton. Im going to plug them because the Radisson was such a scammy joke of a hotel. I am poating everywhere because they are thieves and liars.

Our room had dirty socks in the closet and food from previous guest in the fridge. Staff was not approachable/friendly as well.

The location on the beach was excellent, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was dated. The location is right on the beach. All rooms had beach view. Sink hot water in bathroom was not working. Bed sheets should be washed in bleach. Not sure if I would stay again

property needs lots of work, dirty. parking is a problem

I never got to stay here! Expedia didnt let me know I had 147.00 worth of fees to have to pay directly to the hotel on site- on the paper it had 47.00 so I did not have enough money on the card I had to pay the full two nights. They would not book me for one night because there was no rooms available and I had paid for two nights already-.They only refunded me one night. I feel they should have refunded my full amount because I was not aware of the other 100 I was going to have to pay. I had to drive 4 hours back home,, I had just driven there-.vacation and no room to stay anywhere else... because they had took my 288.00. She said at Radisson they couldnt let me in only paying the fee for one night only. So I had to leave and go back home crying, and upset. I will be contacting my lawyer for full reimbursement of my money...

Good location and well kept property.

Front desk clerk waa nice. Easy fast check in. They charge for early check in. Bed had urine stains on mattress pad. Balcony door need service.

The room did not look like the pictures. The roo was sparce and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom had just a shower and only 1 sliding door. Flooring was warped and soft spots in the floor. You could see light comung theough around the doors. Could not enjoy the balcony much because the guests next to us would step out and light up a Marijuana joint. Doors would slam and literally shake our bed. Only one towel in the bathroom and 2 rags. The one good thing is it is the first hotel I have stayed at that had mattress covers on them and stark white sheets so it made it easier to search for unwanted pests that nightmares are made of. The staff was very nice and helpful when needed but regardless, it was our first and our last stay at The Radisson.

Amazing

Ask for Lennon because there was a accident on the bed and never received any linen kept getting promises that we will receive a new linear set but never received it. Also there was roaches never seen a roach in the hotel

Overall a good experience. However, there was one small inconvenience. My last night there was the night before Easter and I wanted to iron my clothes for church the next morning. There was no ironing board in my room. When I messaged the front desk asking about an ironing board, they replied there is one in the room. When i stated there was not, they did not reply. I waited a few.minutes in case they were tryong to bring one. When i messaged again askong if I could have one brought up, still no reply. I never got an ironing board, or even a response to not having one. They could have at least said something, even if it was "sorry we dont have any more." But not a word.

The room was clean, property was clean, and maintained. I would recommend this place for the price.
