Best best western I’ve ever stayed in (don’t judge me). Danny at the desk was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend if this is what you’re looking for.

Terrible experience

Stayed in town for Senators Game and hotel was in great shape and the included breakfast was very satisfactory. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The room was nice. The staff was polite abd friendly. The elevator always smelled like something died in the elevator shaft .

I got very little sleep because of very loud children very early in the morning. I called the front desk to complain. The response of the staff person was children have the right to be loud. The implication was adults don’t have the right to a restful sleep. Very unprofessional!!

I couldn't stay my self so a friend stayed instead. She was very happy I will b booking again for myself thank u

Great location, easy walk to dining options and close to a shopping mall. Great breakfast.

Conveniently located from the highway. Breakfast was awful. Hotel seemed short staffed. The pool and hot tub were great!

Very quiet and peaceful, made it easy to rest and work

We arrived late at night just for a place to rest our heads and freshen up on a road trip. When we woke up and headed to use the shower, we were very upset to find that the shower head didn’t work and only the bathtub tap was expelling water. We went to the front desk to ask for help or another place to shower quickly and the man said there is no option at all and was very rude. We had to lay IN the bathtub and try and wash ourselves under the tub tap. This was incredibly uncomfortable and time consuming. Once out of the “shower”, I was again extremely upset to find the hair dryer didn’t work either! I asked for help again and was told “I’m sorry ma’am there’s nothing I can do.” I had to leave with wet hair & walk outside to -15° Celsius weather which was horrible. I asked for some kind of reimbursement or discount and was told I was not getting one. Very unhappy with this experience and would never return to this hotel

I got in late so not much choice for dining. Otherwise everything is great.

It is welcoming and comfortable place to stay
