When we got to the hotel, we went to the hotel restaurant to eat dinner. There were only two attendants, and one guest sitting at a table plus we were sitting at our table; and the rest of the tables were unoccupied, so the room was pretty much empty. We ordered a vegetable pizza with drink plus a grill chicken (it was a slice of chicken cut into pices) but was over done and too costly) and baked potato (it was small potato, sliced like french fries, soaking in heavy oil and over salted, tasted terrible although we complained, th attendant insisted it was baked). The pizza was good but the chicken and potatoes tasted terrible. Our hotel oom was very small and the water easily got clogged up during the shower and flooded the whole bathroom floor when showering at night and in the morning. When calling front desk/reception, staff didn't pick up the phone. We couldn't control the temperature in the room, it was too warm so we couldn't comfortably sleep. Breakfast was included in our fees for the room. We were able to get our tea and coffee plus the food items about 30 minutes before 10 am. However, the attendant was upset when it was getting close to 10 am as she closed the main door of the breakfast/ dining room. She was very rude to us telling us to leave although we were still eating our breakfast at our table. We told her we are almost done but she was very unhappy about it. The breakfast room was pretty much empty with only a few guests occupying two tables.

The property is far from the old city so if you have car, this is not a problem. We knew this since we made the reservation. Parking is very good. The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and professional; the room was very good, comfy and clean.

The inside of the hotel was brand new, very clean and helpful staff. The outside was the definition of not judging a book by its cover, it was unkept, didn’t appear like a hotel at all and the entrance didn’t make sense but the opposite when we walked in. Would definitely stay again.

Very sparse, stark modern interior. Very old, run down industrial, almost scary exterior. Very friendly and helpful front desk personnel. Convenient to airport. Far from Bologna and expensive taxi fares into town.

It is close to the airport

Clean, great food (got the fish of the day for dinner). There was AC. Place felt modern. Enjoyed my stay and would come back. Didnt feel like driving to the station to explore town so spent extra time just chilling at the hotel.

Large clean room with a double bed and two twins. Breakfast is nice. Close to airport, but nothing else. Beware the pizzeria next door in mosquito season. Food is good but mosquitos will eat Yiu alive if you eat there.

We had water come through the ceiling. It was not a great evening.

One night good

Very good and helped us when we had problems with BA cancelled our flights to Pisa and we ended up in Bologna with just passports and no luggage. Supported while we collected luggage 24 hours later. Would highly recommend

Practical hotel stay, convenient for the airport. Reception staff were lovely; hotel was spotless; works were going on in the lobby so not all areas were accessible.
