It was fine, nothing special but not terrible either. There were lots of hockey teams.

I appreciated the clean room, the hot breakfast, the hot beverage station that’s available all day and night. The 2 bottles of complimentary water was excellent as we needed it to take medication after a long drive. We didn’t visit the pool or hot tub but they were both huge. I appreciated the high chairs for the babies and the play pen for sleeping that was provided. I had brought my own play pen sheet because they do not provide but everything was smooth and excellent. Staff were fantastic!!

I saw housekeeping carts in the hall every day but the front desk told us that we don't get housekeeping services during the day. Confusing. The place looked tired. Breakfast was mid. Tea and bagels were good.

Check in was not done properly. Checked in for one night instead of 3. The rate of 169.00 a night was not given. Explanation of towel service was not explained.

Staff were excellent. Upgraded us when hockey kids were loud. We enjoyed the free buffet breakfast and hot tub. Only complaint is they need some renovations: new bathroom tile grout, tub resurfaced.

Wallpaper in room was peeling Bathroom fan made too much noise Room has no soundproofing - we could hear chairs scraping in the room above and the elevator / stairwell doors opening and closing were heard loudly in our room

Warm welcome. Speedy check in. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Lots of variety. Pool was a luttle cool, butnclean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again

Breakfast was great, my family really enjoyed it. Rooms were a decent size. Pool was cold but not unbearable. Hot tub was big and ebjoyable to watch the TV from the hot tub. Beds were not very comfortable and the hotel needs some updating. The stay here did the trick but does not have any bells or whistles to it.

This hotel is a solid choice for comfort and cleanliness, a beautiful inside pool & spa, The check-in staff were pleasant and friendly. Very professional and accommodating staff plus room were well appointed.

The food was hot with a good variety. We stay at this Cambridge location a few times a year. It’s a family tradition particularly at Christmas. Good memories being made again! Thanks

Best Western has always felt pretty average to me, and this one was no exception. The room felt dated, and the elevators show the building’s age. Free breakfast is a plus, but given the price, I’d likely go for other hotels if there were rooms available.
