I liked having the choice about breakfast. The room was spacious and clean.

Great location. Lovely Staff. The renovated rooms are lovely. They could do a better job of cleaning. Crumbs on the floor of the room under the couch. The air unit in the room has several other inches of dust underneath it and somone’s hair band was hanging on the bathroom door. But otherwise would stay there again.

Not the nicest area of town, but the hotel was clean and quiet and my vehicle didn’t get broken into. It was a win in my books.

The room was kept Clean , and if there was something Not there just ask

Never used the pool or hot tub. My issue is that there were children running up and down the hallway until after 2:00 am. The phone did not work in my room and there was no paper, contact information (to order in food). Doors slamming, yelling until all hours of the morning. I will never stay there again, I have stayed there numerous of times but never again.

Would not stay here again. Our room was old outdated, smelt musty, mould in the bathroom. Our bed sheets were stained. We were told our room was ready but if we wanted to check in early had to pay a fee? I can see if they had to go out if their way to clean our room but they didnt. Carpets are all stained. There is a decent pool area with a hottub and water slide good for kids but we weren't even allowed to have water bottles to drink water in pool area. They have a water cooler with small disposable cup but water was gross and warm. Location was convenient numerous amenities around.

Had an excellent experience with the front desk staff checking and checking out. Pool and restaurant looked nice though I didn't use either. Somewhat noisy.

Front Desk are not aware about our request, at least INFORM your guest if the request is not guaranted. Its not that hard! Secondly, microwave, coffee brewer and TV short circuit while we stay there, its dissapointing. Will never go back again

Clean room, bed was super comfy

Hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood. Hotel needs to have security on site but does not. My vehicle and many others were vandalized in the night. A lady was passed out at the front door and picked up by ambulance

Pool great for lil ones and adults. Really fun for birthday parties I’d imagine. The carts used to push your suitcases to your rooms were probably older than me (28) and very heavy. Restaurant good. Clean and they answered the operating number 2nd ring. Would stay again
