The front desk staff was amazing. The service was out of this world. I would give Sawyer at the front desk a 100/10.

Very accommodating and the staff was great

The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and not stinky. The only improvement i recommended is improve the breakfast but that is minor.

Great stop over for the night . Bed was very comfortable and the room was large . Breakfast was good .

The property is dated and not clean or well-maintained at all. Staff was absolutely amazing and that is what gives it grace.

Checked in with Heather (staff) and she was very friendly and polite. She joked and laughed with every person. As we sat in the lobby and played card games this NYE, I noticed her keeping the pool area clean. Large family crowd came in, then left and she went in and out all the chairs back that the group rearranged. The bed was comfortable (room 110). Only thing we both noticed was the room has a “muggy” smell.

It was a very nice place to stay. And with the help from Phoenix it did make the stay comfortable.

Staff was friendly, nice room.

I have stayed at this property several times. The only drawback is that there are no dining options within walking distance. The property is quiet and clean. I will stay again :)
