Met expecations, sad no shuttle.

Pillows felt like they had been starched, blackout blinds, didn’t blackout the light, other than those two things it was great staff were friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious.

This site offered the room for a specific price but in reality it was almost double. You guys suck

very cheap hallway renovations. also painted doors and painted hinge too. rather old but clean enough and good enough for overnight for the price..which was good

Waited to be helped when checking in. Longer when checking out. Carpets very dirty but vacuumed as we were leaving. Would not go again.

I did not end up staying here as I was given incorrect information when I made the reservation and was not made aware of the difference until I received an email the day of my stay. I ended up making a reservation at another hotel that had what I required and it was too late to cancel the booking so therefore I ended up paying for 2 rooms in different hotels.

A pleasant check in and check out, staff were very friendly. Nice touch with the free breakfast, it looked like repairs were going on beside the elevator. The shower was horrible, as you can’t turn the shower head on without getting yourself wet, it’s the way they made the shower door, on the one side it doesn’t slide, there’s no other access to turn the shower head on. Location was good, but the neighborhood is a bit dicey, nevertheless we did walk to the Circle K Convenience store, both evenings we stayed, so it’s not that unsafe, but…

Seems a bit old and outdated. However it was very clean, comfortable enough, inexpensive, and I love that they had body wash and shampoo built into the wall so there was plenty instead of having to use the tiny bottles. The body wash actually smells really good too. Also doesn’t hurt that it had a pool, hot tub and warm breakfast in the morning. Great hotel and has what you need it’s only lacking quality is it could use a make over that’s all!

Awesome hotel! especially the front desk attendant who help us during the check-in. I forgot his name but he worked April 18. 2025. He was working till 11 pm he said that day. He was so nice and very helpful! Kudos to this guy!

I think the bed (box spring) in my room was broken as it was creaking and the bed was a little bowed. Didn’t have time to complain. Maybe they will read this or someone can make a complaint.
