Hotel is in very good shape, everything well maintained and clean. Nicole from the reception was super helpful with the check in and giving us hints about the city and what to do. Thumbs up for her!! The downside of the hotel is the parking, or the lack thereof. There is only one single spot to stop the car for unloading about 300 meters away, but it is often taken by trucks unloading goods for nearby restaurants, and if it's taken you have to really struggle to get a spot anywhere nearby. An older guy at the reception at checkout time was as useless as it gets, stating that there was nothing he could do to help us find a spot to park and/or load our luggage in the car. Wouldn't stay there again only because of the parking situation.

It was centrally located, looks new, airconditioning was working well, staff was great, breakfast not so good.

The hotel is very well located and mosty ok for our needs with the public areas looking pleasant but the fact the air conditioning unit was broken during a heatwave spoiled it. It was clearly not working before our arrival. To be fair we did get a room move the next day which was fine but the hair driver on first use lit up red hot and started smoking after 4 or 5 seconds of use. It gives an overall impression that maintenance is neglected badly.

Our 2-night stay at Hotel Comfort Dauro 2 in Granada was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent each morning, with a good variety and fresh options. The location is also very convenient for visiting the Alhambra, making everything easy. We also really enjoyed our evenings in Granada — dinner with a flamenco show and late-night walks through the lively streets were unforgettable. For anyone arriving by car: entering the hotel address in GPS takes you directly to the parking, which is just a 2-minute walk away from the hotel.

Excelente. Staff muy bueno. Desayuno muy bueno. Es complicado ubicar la dirección para llegar. Teniamos un auto alquilado pero si no conoces es imposible llegar, sumado a que no sabiamos que si no tenes autorizacion no podes circular por las calles interiores y te multan, para lo cual recibimos ayuda del staff para que no seamos multados.

Expedia misled how close is the hotel to Alhambra. It is not 8 min. It is at least 18 to 30 uphill. The staff was correct suggesting taking a taxi. Only a few euros. And Alhambra requires lots of walking.

The staff was very helpful with local recommendations and other small amenities. The room was very clean and daily cleaning service was appreciated. The hotel is centrally located to the Cathedral and central area of the city, with many local tapas bars on the same street. An easy bus ride to the Alhambra and train station.

Perfect location. Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean and convenient. Washroom and showers were completely clean.

El personal de recepción fue muy desatento y malcriado. Nos dio indicaciones incorrectas para buscar un estacionamiento cerca del hotel. Fatal!

Hotel well situated. However Room while spacious, bathroom though quite large, did not contain the sink which was opposite bathroom and in the area outside bathroom opposite the bed. Albeit while sink was in an alcove one had to stand opposite bed and bathroom to use. Added irritation - nowhere to hang the hand towels adding to the irritation that if one got up in-the night the other person-was disturbed. Despite a long cadenza on one side of room (on one side of bed) there was hardly room to store essential toiletries by sink for one person (we were 2) before the conundrum of trying to store a hand towel at the sink area. We had to drape one over hairdryer other over shaving mirror and by this method the soap dispenser was not accessible as behind mirror and also wall mounted. (Under the sink was plenty of room for both a cube shelf and towel rail??!! ) and the bathroom was absolutely adequate to house a sink, at least in theory, though plumbing needed. While we coped, it was one night and we arrived latish- after 6.30pm, the room facilities’ ergonomics for two were therefore very unfriendly. Finally we booked a long time ago and asked for two singles as we are two singles, we had only one duvet, on one mattress.
