The location is great, it's very close to a Metro. It is just walking distance from everything and the Park across the steet was lovely. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the tub was a bit uncomfortable for me to have a shower in due to its narrow shape but the bathroom was also spacious. The breakfast was okay the spread was nice. What could have been better is the bed, it's very noisy. I would recommend and also revisit.

Loud: back of hotel, crow-like birds mating, next to windows, with an echo-ing canyon-like effect. Horrible; disruptive; incapable of rest. Otherwise? Okay.

The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!

Overall a good comfortable stay. Room furnishings a little tired and safe broken and could not be serviced. Attentive staff and a well located hotel. Good breakfast.

The room was clean but dated,oddly shaped and very small. Room safe was extremely small. Very convenient to public transportation and restaurants, and shops. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff. Fine for a short stay.

This is a nice place to stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was ok. I think the bathtub was too high to climb into. Not a bad place to stay at.

The hotel claimed to provide an English breakfast for £20 however this was very poor. they don’t use a proper kitchen. The practice rewarming pre-boiled eggs is very dangerous. I think this was responsible for my food poisoning!!!!

I will be staying again. Staff very welcoming and friendly, day time staff and night shift. I had a room at rear of hotel facing garden. It was so quiet that I could hardly hear the large music event in the park close by. Really enjoyed my room with comfortable bed and sheets, towels etc kindly refreshed everyday. One item I would like is a set of drawers for clothes, other than that perfect and really look forward to my next visit.

Clearly a nice location. Dissapointed to have lack of access to staff, even to see the garden. No bar, and no service even at 0830 am.

Nice, small room for one, with 1a great location. But the room was missing towels, which was uncomfortable, especially as I checked-in late.

No Bar, no restaurant, no one at the front desk unless you rang for them then waited for them to arrive.

Friendly and very helpful personnel at reception. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 restriction, breakfast is no longer provided.
