Our room was clean. The staff was very polite and very accommodating to and from the hotel. This was our second stay there and will stay there again.

I reported about the smoke alarm going off and beeping every 2 minutes...it was never fixed and i had to put up with the beeping all night long...addressed it the next morning and they said nothing

Room felt neglected. Staft was good.

Room was nice and clean. I didn’t give a 5 star rating because, there was only one hand towel for two people. Shower head was too high for me to change the direction of the spray. It was shooting at the wall and I had to lean against the wall to get a little wet.Bed was so high I had a hard time getting on the bed. When I called the front desk for help getting one of the local Chanel, he told me he didn’t know and I was to scroll down the menu, which I had no success with that was why I had called.

The room was not nice at all. There was a slope when you walked over to the vanity in the back of the room. Bathroom door had a huge crack in it. Would not recommend. Looked nothing like the pictures.

Mistepresented the requiremts and neglected the sympathy of circumstsnces of death. W as checked in 3 hours then askdd for 40 deposit after telljng me everything was taken care of

A good restaurant next door

In the picture looks reasonable place to stay but in real it’s not the case. Do not expect the same as you see it online. And doesn’t feels like you data and information would be safe.

The heat was on, the room was clean, and it seemed freshly updated. It is a Super 8 so there's never enough towels, and the body wash was out (I used the shampoo instead), but those are minor expected things for the cost of staying near the airport. The staff were friendly. The TV viewing options were weird so we didn't use the tv. It was just an overnight and we rested well.

This is an old, but remodeled Super 8 that is within a group of hotels just a mile off the airport exit. Reasonably clean and in a safe area. Worked well for a late night arrival, leave early the next am. Not fancy, but fine for that purpose.

They tried putting my family in a smoking room. I wasn’t aware that smoking rooms still existed. They would not give us a refund so we had to get another hotel. Will never stay at this place and will probably never use Expedia again. Nobody helped us.

Bed is very comfortable 👌 We needed heat, and it worked great!
