Clean, comfortable bedding. Good complementary breakfast! Love using the ice machine. Staff was friendly and nice. Wish they had a laundry room for guests to use, esp when people stay there for 3 nights or more. Other than that, it was wonderful!

The room had a strong dank odor the couch was completely worn out you sat in it and literally sank almost to the floor they had tried to put some type of covering over the cushions but it wasn't enough and the tile in the bathroom was put in by a blind monkey with a caulk gun it was the worst repair job I've ever seen

Our room was fine and seemed clean. Breakfast was decent. The rest of the hotel felt run down and out dated. The walls and cement surrounding the pool were covered in algae. Overall it was not a bad stay, however I was expecting more based on how many stars this hotel had

It was the worst. They even tried to enter our room at 3am stating they were doing a cable tv adjustment. Terrible

Casey M., at the front desk is a jewel! Our first room had a bed that felt like it sloped into the middle, after team members tired to fix the slats, Casey quickly gave us another room! Thanks Casey! Also, highly recommend walking to the Rock River behind the hotel to the Harold park area, very pleasant to sit on the swing & watch the river roll by. We will be back!

Liked the low price, yet it was clean and breakfast was good.

Our room was okay, there was mold on the shower curtain, all over the ac. our fridge was warm, we brought food that needed to be cold and they said nothing could be done because their manager wasn't in. we also asked for a do not disturb sign which they said they didn’t have any. when we found one they took it off of our door. we asked for our room to not be cleaned twice, we came back from a wedding and we had new towels and our trash was replaced. its a fine place to stay if you arent bringing food and dont care about someone going into your room when you aren’t there.

Our room was nice and quiet. Outside and entry to hotel could use some updating, lot has lighting but parking area needs repairs and potholes filled. Looks like they have construction materials onsite, so we expect big improvements before our next visit!

Easy to access main roads ways however the hotel didn’t provide maid service. They only exchanged towels daily. Looks like they are abt to start remodeling (flooring and other material laid outside)

There was NO Television availability. Sat in our room all night in silence. Glad for the internet!!!!

Extremely noisy!! I called around midnight to complain to the night clerk - and hour later the noise was bad or worse so I dressed and went down to the reception desk to complain in person. Noise kept up until around 2:30am. In the morning I asked the night clerk what was going on - he said he called and told that room that if it kept up the person in the room next door (me) would call the cops! Totally endangering me and totally inappropriate! Should have some compensation for a terrible night! Will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!

A decent place to stay. Nothing fancy. I wish management would enforce quiet hours

When I walked in the lobby and room, it smelled musty. The water in the shower was tepid.
