Expedia offered me a credit of $1,340 Mexican pesos, which I never received. The hotel only has one elevator, which is very inconvenient.

El hotel está bien. El desayuno buffet es pequeño pero ofrece muchas alternativas ya que hay una estación de preparación de huevo al gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias y en general muy bien. El personal muy amable

The way the property prevents you from using the computer. Make sure that it doesn’t work!!!

The service was very nice, I went with my family I did not have any problems, they have enough parking lot for your car. The breakfast was really good, they even have a person to do fresh omelettes, the way you wanted. The room was good, clean, no strange odors.

Please be aware that the Hotel does not have handicap rooms. When you call the fromt desk before Making the reservation, they dont even know what you are talking about.

By far the best hotel to stay at in Cd Victoria. Huge rooms, awesome water pressure and the hot breakfast was great. Immediately behind the hotel Is a small Restaurant called “ Flauta Mágica”. The best flour tortillas tacos ever. Also a very convenient OXXO stores next to that for ur convince groceries and beer needs. Enjoyed our 4 day stay with my family. We got two suites
