Didn’t know about the pet fee until check in. Whirlpool spa missing tiles and grout, water slide has rust. Cannot leave your pet unattended at all even to go have breakfast in the hotel. My feet were filthy after walking around the room without my sandals on when we first arrived, I thought that the hotel would have cleaned the floors but I guess not. I won’t stay here again. I have stayed here off and on for over 15 years and this was my last visit.

Excellent location! The view from either sides of the property is amazing. It’s right off the highway and close to shops/food as well as to Banff. The breakfast could have been switched up a bit, we ate the same thing for straight eight days LOL. For families with kids, the pool and waterslide is a great feature.

The rooms are showing their age & need a refresh / update, bed was soft, found a sock under the nightstand and a quarter under the mattress cover, made me wonder if it had been changed prior to our check in. Staff is lovely, location is good, waterslide insane on holidays, hot tub is hot!!

What wasn't said on the expedia platform was that the suite we selected also had a fireplace. We called for a repair and the service call was less than 5 minutes. If you have kids and want a pool this is the place for you. The breakfast was great and a huge savings for the average family.

Great space for families. Loved the pool with a water slide. Easy to walk to amenities and right off the highway. Staff very helpful. Clean rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Loved it!

Was great overall, staff made up our room daily and kept things stocked...kids loved the pool however I found the pool to be a bit too cold, but good hotel overall.

My birthday was made special not only with my husband planning. But by the friendly outgoing staff

Spacious room with 2 queensize beds, fireplace, coffee facilities. Stay included an excellent breakfast which included scrambled eggs, bacon, potato fries, waffles, juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals etc etc. Very filling. Waterslide, pool, hottub and sauna. Minutes from downtown.We were there midweek, they allowed us to check in early and also a later check out. Very accomodating. Will definitely be back.

Excellent room with a fireplace, two actual queen beds, tidy, comfortable, quiet and the fastest water slide this side of a sixflags! Zero complaints or room for improvement. Outstanding value.
