Awesome staff and pool, great for kids with continental breakfast

Our room was large and accommodated our family of four. The free breakfast helped us start the day the right way and the water slide went down really well with the kids. Staff were friendly, helpful and the on-site gym was great also!

We loved everything about Pocaterra! if we were to give one suggestion, I think it would be just a variety on their breakfast menu. But honestly, everything was perfect.

I was pretty my disappointed that we paid $600 for sticky floors, looked like they hadn’t been washed in a year, crud in light switches, no soap in the dispensers, and AC unit that sounds like the turbine of an airplane jet. So loud had to sleep with it off, even with sleeping meds, and could hear the highway with the window closed.

The amenities are not well maintained and need updating. Seems as though there is no limit on the number of people in the pool and hot tub area as it was very crowded. The hot tub was not working. We had to ask for a shower curtain as it was missing from our bathroom. The body wash/soap was empty in the shower. Every time someone went in or out their door nearby it was extremely loud.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms could use an upgrade.

Easy access to Banff, clean rooms, sauna was nice, good breakfast places in walking distance. Would stay again.

Everything good. Breakfast could be better and coffee should be available all the time for free.

Great hotel.

Shower was good, breakfast is good. But can you make sure the staff is not smelly? When they get out of the elevator, or even just to pass with one staff there, the body odor is unbearable but over all the place is great.

Rooms are okay but dated. We had a mountain view but it also overlooked the parking lot and a major highway which spoiled the view. Rooms were cleaned daily but hair was noticeable on the bed after they made it for the day. Also, breakfast options are limited if you have any allergies.

Nice room and the pool was great, although our experience with a small child was ruined by a huge group of rowdy teenagers who were completely unsupervised. Breakfast was acceptable but not up to too much!

Would book again! Clean comfortable room with good breakfast and nice amenities. Staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Minor Annoyances: Sometimes a long wait for the one elevator that was a bit slow. Some loud doors shutting and a misaligned door strikeplate. When a big bus full of tourists all need to leave at the same time they swamp the breakfast area. Coffee cups were too small. Overall good stay in July 2026. Payed top dollar during busy season.
