We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready understandably, they took our number and phoned us as soon as it was, which was 2 hours before check in. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and hot

The hotel is located in a great area and was very comfortable to stay in. You could tell the staff was overworked as the majority of them were short and not super friendly. The perfume/cologne smell in the lobby is incredibly overwhelming and had several guests commenting on it near us.

We had a great family holiday at the hotel. Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. Feel some gesture or acknowledgement from management of the disruption would have been nice.

If you're a couple having a relaxing weekend away I wouldn't book this hotel. If you're a family with kids it would be a great hotel to stay in. Booked for a couples weekend since I saw it was 4 star and had a spa so it ended up not being a very relaxing hotel experience but it was fine since we were out most of the time.

perfect host for a new year eve wedding reception. food was superb. service was exceptional.

Nice hotel, excellent staff very helpful and friendly, food was nice, but very dirty carpets and windows, lose fixtures in the bathroom, and only a waterfall shower head no smaller shower head for rinsing, feel like the attention to detail was missing, also as a couple we were put in the wing with all family room s which wasnt ideal, our room had 3 beds which restricted the size of the room, and located with just families didnt make it a relaxing break with children screaming in the halls at 8am

Check in was very slow. Self service check in would be helpful. 4pm check in is too late. Nice hotel. Family friendly and good food.

Large hotel in Killarney. Room was okay. We booked dinner for 7:15 but were not seated until 8ish. Nice breakfast.

I stayed with my daughter and grandchildren, we had a lovely time. Very friendly staff and child friendly.

Good location out of main city centre with free parking. Room modern with a leafy garden view. Bathroom new and bath tub excellent. Restaurant on site very good. Service fantastic. Biggest let down was a 7.30am breakfast, this is a bit late for business commuters. There was a large queue of tourists and business guests waiting to enter in the mornings

Lovely hotel, great location, wonderful staff and service, the breakfast was really amazing quality and service.

Stayed a few times and can’t recommend enough as always great stay from start to finish.

A very large hotel resturant was not a place to sit and relax extremely busy with families and extremely loud too many dtaff with little knowledge of service. Sitting outside the fake grass on the ground was saturated with water and the was furniture filty. A plastic bottle dumped in the flower pot. Unclean carpets throughout the hotel and absolutely no attention to detail. It could be perfect with the right management snd professional staff. Breakfast was perfect 👌. More of a 3 star than 4.

Nice place , food was fantastic, some of the fitting in the room were loose coming out from the wall, the bed wasn’t made and our cups were not cleaned or tea station replenished , The cost of 2 nights B&B was nothing short of extortion, we could have flown to Spain for a week all inclusive for what it cost here for 2 nights B&B we will be avoiding a return and not recommending to others ,how they justify the cost is beyond me ,

Exterior buildings and grounds need attention

It was a great family stay. The jurassic park was amazing. Very family friendly. The hotel was busy. Room was comfortable but could do with some updating. The family suite with fridge, microwave and sink was a great asset to have. Overall, a nice stay and we would return.
