Staff is very friendly. Rooms are kept very clean. Grounds are well maintained as are restaurants and restrooms. The exercise room could be updated but is still usable with working equipment and weights.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was on the firm side. People were lovely. The location was great. Easy walk to Huatulco beach. 20 min walk to Santa Cruz. Do not brush your teeth with the tap water.

Clean ,close to restaurants,stores,beaches ,great staff and great breakfast especially the omelettes , pastries, waffles,fruit and coffee.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and great location. We will be back.

Some issues with room

This is a very nice property, easily located near many shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves a good meal with pride.

The restaurant changed and not for the better. They had a great restaurant with tables and chairs not just booths. Why oh why did they change their menu!? They went to a breakfast buffet. Salty eggs, no meat and it’s expensive. They used to have a breakfast called the energetic breakfast which is why we went there. We won’t be eating here again…it’s gone for crap unfortunately!

I have stayed here for many years, but this time was terrible, found three cockroaches on arrival and everyday at least one or two would appear

Everything was great about this property. Clean and great location, staff were really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. Chedraui steps away. Quick walk to Chahue beach and easy cab ride to others. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Restaurant at the hotel was very good as well. The staff at this hotel are so nice. Every one of them Joanna at the restaurant was exceptional. We had some issues with the first room we were given, but when we mentioned this to Aracita (I’m sorry if I got this wrong, but hopefully I’m close) who was working at the front desk she had us moved into another room within 1/2 hour and that room was kept spotless the whole time and we were there 17 nights. The pool is kept very clean and it was used a lot while we were there. We were there over Christmas and New Years so this was good value compared to the prices on other hotels for that time of year. This was our second time in Huatulco and I’m pretty sure we’ll be back again. I would go back to this hotel for the staff and the convenient location. One note. It is very pet friendly and they are very open about that. So just be prepared for barking dogs sometimes but it didn’t interfere with our trip.

We had lot of problems during the stay. The room they initially gave us had a bad smell. So we asked for a second room. That room also had a bad smell. They told us there were no other rooms to available to give us. It smelled like sewage. During our 3 day stay, the room service came only once although we asked them multiple times. They came at night while we were resting in the room so we had to go downstairs to the lobby. AC was not working. So we informed the front desk. They said they will send someone. No one came, no fix was made. It was extremely hot during our stay. The water pressure is very low. The toilet takes almost 5 minutes to refill so you have to wait a long time to flush again. Very inconvenient. The wi-fi was extremely slow. We could not even check our emails. TV remote was not functioning which we reported. But, the front desk never did anything to get us a new remote. We were promised a safe when we booked the room. It was not working. They said they cannot fixed it until 1 week later. So, we had to take our passports and cash with us every where we went. Lastly, the restaurant was full of flies and other critters. They put plastic covers on food, but these flies/critters get inside. Overall, very poor quality hotels. I would not stay there again. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

Firstly the staff was awesome, everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Cleaning was top notch. Buggy and scooter rental right in the lobby for a good price., tours as well. Massive grocery store across the street selling motorcycles to potato chips. Many restaurants within short walk. Check taxi prices posted in the lobby or you will be over charged by the driver.
