Busy and noisy hotel. Seems everybody was there to catch a flight out of Belize the next morning. However, the food was good and our shuttle from the hotel to the airport was prompt

Stayed for an overnight before heading to our destination. Shuttle was at the airport as requested. Check in went smoothly. Room was spacious and air conditioning worked very well.

My family and I had an awesome time on our trip. The hotel staffers were amazing, very attentive to our needs. On our return trip, we will definitely rebook.

I tried to make a change to my length of stay prior to leaving on my trip but was told by Expedia that the hotel never picked up the phone. What a bunch of baloney.

We stayed here for a night while passing through Belize City. The staff was very professional and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely, we really enjoyed our short time here.

They gave me a room that had a terrible smell and they knew about it because when I asked if I can change rooms they knew that the room had the issue, so why they gave me that one if they had more and knew that the room had issues and everybody was aware even the cleaning lady mentioned. Then I was transferred to a different room that it wasn’t clean and also the bathroom had an almost transparent curtain in the window facing outside. For the price that you pay, they can improve. The ladies at the restaurant are excellent.

This is a great place to stay on your way to explore Belize. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was delicious and our rooms were clean and comfortable.

Was sad to see the day we were leaving the pool was closed for 3-4 hours in the morning. Traveling with kids they looked forward to using the pool the day we were leaving and was upset. Feel like some sort of warning should have been made.
