Great value hotel with family rooms near the airport and near a tram stop. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The pool looked good but we didn’t get to try it out. Will book again when we return to Bordeaux.

All staff were exceptional during our stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Room ok but carpets in the room and in hallways didn’t really feel clean. Room felt basic and not of 4 star standard compared to rooms of other 4 star hotels we stayed in on our road trip of France and Spain. Tram into Bordeaux very conveniently located 5 minutes walk away. Took around 40 minutes to get into the city. . Great transport system around Bordeaux centre.

Salle de fitness ultra basique (aucune altère), personnel peu accueillant sauf la responsable, petit-déjeuner mal présenté, choix limité pour le prix, jus d’orange très acide.

This is very convenient for the airport but is a basic place to stay - ideal for youngster backpacking or sports teams, but not for tourists visiting Bordeaux - the staff were friendly and helpful

A perfect hotel for the night before our flight. It is ideally situated just off the rocade to the airport but nestled amongst the trees so that you forget the proximity to the main road. The staff were lovely, the food fantastic and the outside terrace allowed us that holiday feeling roght to the end!

The first night was fine, the restaurant pretty ordinary but acceptable, room exactly as shown in photos, staff pleasant - then the next night! A large group of German tourists took over the place - noisy, shrieking children out of control and running riot while their parents were away in the restaurant (closed to the rest of the guests) which went on for hours. The staff were sympathetic, but could not control them. This went on for hours, then back in the room had to listen to kids screaming, parents screaming at kids, then parents screaming at each other, After midnight before it was possible to sleep - the at 7AM awakened by same yelling and screaming and banging doors. Staff today (Sunday) not at all sympathetic or helpful. Suggestion to management: why dont you put noisy families away from other guests??' Your staff on check in and on Saturday were lovely - can't say the same fr today (Sunday). Completely unhelpful.

Excellent week-end. Chambre confortable et spacieuse. Petit déjeuner excellent.
