Nice staff, and the room appeared fine (233) . Wokeup with bed bug bites, no answer called front desk multiple times.

We checked in late just for an overnight stay on our way home from OKC. The lady that checked us in was very nice but not very conversational. She didn’t tell us about the morning breakfast or anything. Which ended up being ok because there was no coffee and the only thing they offered was waffles and cereal. It was also a little arm in the breakfast area. The room was fine but the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The drain in the tub was nasty. It looked like someone poured grease down the drain. There was hair on the sink counter. Will not stay there again.

Big indoor pool!

Asked for a room facing the front parking lot. Went upstairs to the room and it was on the backside. Management did apologize.

The front desk representative was extremely nice at check in and check out. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable and nicely renovated from our last stay.

Rooms were basic but clean. Continental breakfast was poor, very few options. Coffee pot was empty.

Desk staff was disinterested. Offered no information about breakfast.

Better than expected for Brinkley. Stat was great, all the family stayed ther, that can in for my Brother’s homegoing.

The pool wasn’t functioning at the time which sucked but the room was super clean, the bed was the most comfortable out of all the hotels on my trip and the service was wonderful.
