Decent for the price

The stay was pleasant. It was fairly up to date and clean. Our only complaint on cleanliness and maintenance was the office chair in our room had a lot of crumbs in the creases and the metal On the sides of the seat was coming unattached from the seat. Beds were clean, washroom was updated and appeared to be clean. Breakfast was simple but delicious and well stocked.

I gave a three star rating as average.The property was conveniently located to my venue. The room was well priced, clean and staff was courteous. The breakfast was good. It include make your own waffles, cold boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, bread, pastries, apples, bananas, juices and hot beverages. The poopl area seemed clean and was busy during my stay.

Staff were very good with the hockey teams. Let them play mini sticks run. Everyone had a great time

They gave away our first room. The 2nd room . The room wasnt cleaned. Here was a broken tv. A leak in the bathroom and the bed sheets had red dots all over.. the front desk came to look and assumed as well. It wasnt cleaned.. The 3rd room the room smelled and the desk was broken but its the last room available

Very dirty all around. Keys didn’t work. Pool was closed whenever they felt like, claimed they were “cleaning”. Not sure they know what that word means.

The worse experience ever! So noisy all night as the people above were partying, talking loud and also sounded like the were moving furniture till 5 or 6 in the morning. Horrific experience.

Front desk agent was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Hotel is clean, good amenities, the only notable thing is the elevator is a little slow and noisy

Our stay was very good. Nothing to complain about. Staff was friendly and professional. One staff at the front desk even wore a suit! I was impressed. The continental breakfast had a good variety. Food was fresh. Even hard boiled eggs! The rooms were fine and the beds comfortable to sleep on - not too hard or soft. I'd definitely stay there again.

Customer care.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were dressed in nice business atire. Gentlemen had suits and ties which i thought was very professional. The breakfast was very good . nice selection of everything. Eggs, waffles, cereal , breads etc. The pool was open but we didn't use it. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean and bright. Great value. Very close to Pickering Casino.

It was a nice room and the staff were great. We were disappointed that the TVs didn't work. Also, we were unable to adjust the temperature in the room as it got too warm at night. Breakfast options were great!

Squeaky bathroom door would not close, and the elevator was inoperative for most of one day. And since I was on the 4th floor, it was a tough trek for me to get up and down the stairs.
