i lived in this area years ago and moved to a different state. This hotel was purchased by a new owner and it has been amazing every since. The property has been fully remodeled. It's clean inside and out. My room was AMAZING! This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting. Well done everyone!

The ac worked well . The staff wasn’t friendly at all

Not sure if the hotel or hotel.com messed up our stay. They didn’t us booked for our right room which was okay. We made due. The bathroom had a horrible patch job in the ceiling. The breakfast was very small. Only food cook was eggs and sausage then make your own waffle. Everything else was cereal toast and muffin. Wasn’t our worst stay but not our best

The hotel allowed an early check in as long as it waa after 12. The room was filthy. Hair on the bed and crumbs on the floor. They did rectify by moving us to a different room.

Visit was very good, clean place, clean room, good service, decent breakfast.

We came to Dewitt for travel baseball and over half the team stayed here. It was great! The gentleman that checks us in and who was there all weekend. I believe his name is Shawn. He was amazing, very helpful. And super accommodating for our team. My son says he needs a raise. But he was so nice and friendly.

Stay was very nice.We had a quiet comfortable room.The front desk and maid service were excellent. The breakfast was also put together very well. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area. Thanks to all for a pleasant stay.

Beds were more firm than we prefer, but very clean.

This property is run by nice people but the owners did a poor job of remodeling. Lots of stains on the walls in the bathroom, cheap fixtures, very poor lighting over the vanity and the only good thing at the breakfast is the individual packs of yogurt. No fan in the bathroom and a terrible patch (unpainted where they took the old one out.). We were going to add a night and decided to move to a different hotel. Definitely not what is pictured online!

Stay was fine for just a one nighter

It started off with saying it was pet friendly, it was not! The gentleman was actually really rude about my dog. He had to stay in the car overnight which I did not appreciate at all. As well as going to the car to let him out and let the window down for him, I ended up leaving a light on in my car and it went dead. And no one would give me a jump there!! I at least liked that they had an indoor pool. However it was advertised as heated and it was not. It was a little small but no big deal on that. The toilet paper at gas station and rest stops are way better than their toilet paper. And I rarely leave bad reviews on anybody but this was one of the worst stays.

Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I checked in the front desk guy was not friendly, I got to my room and it was new renovated with the most half ass job you could do, the wall boards were sagging shower stained yellow but that wasn’t the worst of it. The second night I got back to my room and it smelt like burning chemicals so bad I about threw up had to move rooms, then they allow people to scream slam doors Blair music and when I called the front desk I got hung up on granted this was at midnight on a Thursday.

Adequate for a night. Office chair was due for a change. Curtains needed updating.
