Room was perfect for many nights stay. Staff was helpful.

No estaba disponible la habitación. Por un tema de remodelación creo. Pero no hospedaron muy cerca en otro hotel Petit Palace Triball. Y todo muy bien!

Location was so convenient, close to everything. The best part was having the coffee place downstairs. Room was very spacious and super clean.

Great location easy to get to all Madrid sites. Rooms updated, clean and spacious. I had a baloney it was great sitting there and listening to sounds of Madrid, having coffee, glass of wine or late night snack

This is a beautiful, old building, very centric, almost everything was near. But late at night and early morning is extremely noisy, and thats why I don't rate it excellent, but good. In any other matter, excellent!

The location and easy access, I received my room, key cards and that's it. less than 1 block from subway

El joven que nos atendió en el check in, Victor fue genial, super amable, nos resolvió todas las dudas y nos apoyó en todo lo que necesitábamos durante la estancia.
