The hotel is ideally situated for the town centre and river Rhine. Good transport links close by. The room was small but comfortable with all i needed. Breakfast was continental and was sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I've stayed there before. It's got all the basics, is clean, great staff, and centrally located.

The room doesnt have minibar while in the reservation it said that it has. It's a kind of cheating. It was important for us since we needed to put the baby' food in the refrigerator. The smell of smoking is spreaded almost everyvere in the hotel. The toilet door is super noisy and cannot be locked. The only positive points about this are the location and cleaness.

Very basic hotel but for the most part decent. The rooms are kept tidy but they are pretty basic and getting a bit old. The staff are friendly and the breakfast sufficient. Seemed a little pricey for the age of the hotel and location. One night was enough.

Wehrdienst an amazing time in Bonn not at least because of the lovely location, nice friendly service, Great breakfast and lovely rooms.

Fantastic reception desk staff member. She was so friendly,helpful and professional. Makes all the difference when travelling away from home. The cleaners were also lovely. The overnight supervisor was diligent and attentive which created a sense of safety for me as a female traveling alone. Walking distance to food, shopping and local attractions. HBF under 10 euro taxi ride.

Very good experience. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet, excellent coffee. Location, it is half a block from City Center, makes it a favorite of mine.

It is not a hotel for business. Very unfr End Lu staff.

The hotel was over represented on your webpage. The free breakfast was good and had good variety of food. The receptionists were friendly and willing to do their best. However the hotel needs to be refurbished, and needs tender care.(e.g. replacement of light bulbs on outside Hotel sign, broken tiles in bathroom etc.) The neighborhood could be better, but conveniently located near old city center,tram and bus station.

Convenient location to attractions and Rhein river. Nice breakfast with good service. However, the room and bath are very small and no air conditioner. For rooms facing major road, it is very noisy when window is opened.

From the person in the desk to the cleaning people, everybody is very nice and the room was pretty big and comfortable. Free breakfast was excellent too!

The room was nicely furnished, desk suitable for working, included bar fridge; bathroom very small but clean, limited space for keeping toiletries; breakfast reasonable if you arrive early - cheese, meat, fruit salad not replenished; lift very small, doors not automatic so awkward with large suitcase. While not central, it is not far from public transport and shopping. For a lower-priced hotel it is satisfactory, and the proprietors have tried hard to make it pleasant.

Stayed at the Hotel Savoy Bonn when doing an overnight for the Rhein in Flames fireworks night. The river boat docking was about 200 yards away. The hotel was clean with a surprisingly spacious room. Our room was right on the road and the street cars were quite loud with the windows open, but once closed it was no worse than any other hotel next to a large road and rail.

Einfaches Hotel in guter Lage. Allerdings sind die immer zur Straßenseite sehr laut.
