Check in was 30 minutes later than the time. I had to go ask every 10 minutes if my room was ready. I finally got my room after I asked to speak to someone in charge

They do not have airport shuttle but they did call us a driver to take us to the airport. He was there on time and got us to the airport fine.

There's a food court on the first floor with several options. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great.

All good except air conditioning blows cold when on heat mode room 311.

The room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfortable but the pillows where horrible to our liking, very bulky and we both woke up with a stiff neck. Check out was at 12 noon and the cleaning lady came knocking at 9am. Since I am an expedia VIP member, we had 2 free drinks, which we’re not given to us at check in and had to ask for it. The drinks did not include coffee so we had to pay for it.

Overall a good stay for a short term stay. However, the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Most notably the bath tub look a bit old/dirty. Did not feel comfortable using.
