Very good location, nice people

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very conveniently located, a short walk away from many interesting spots. However, although this is a non-smoking property, the room smelled like somebody had smoked in it, and not just once. The kind of smoke smell that was glued to the fabrics in the room, so I had to leave the window open the entirety of my stay there. For this price you may be better off somewhere else.

The hotel is conveniently located but below standard cosmetically, staff didn’t go out of their way to help you but were polite.

Great city break

Very well-located area, close to shops and restaurants. A few blocks from the sea.

Great location, lovely room. Clean, functional. Stayed for 4 nights and sheets only changed on night 3 which seemed pointless.

Great hotel for central Santander. walking distance to restaurants pubs, port and to the museums. Hotel was very comfortable, breakfast buffet ocmprehensive and staff very attentive and helpful.

Very comfortable hotel in a good central situation. Parking available at the hotel was expensive but of great benefit for me.

The room was spacious and comfy with excellent water pressure for the shower. It was very clean and made a good base for exploring the town. I had a good check in experience with helpful staff.

Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, nice hospitality with free coffee in the morning and evening. The hotel has dining facilities with good breakfast provided.

Ok

The hotel is in the middle of town on a very busy road, so is very noisy even with the double glazing. I wouldn't pay the extra for a city view as all you can see is the apartment blocks opposite. The rooms are ridiculously hot as like most Spanish hotels this time of year they turn off their air conditioning ,so it's irrelevant if it's 20 plus degrees outside you just roast. The restaurant staff in particular breakfast were rude and for some stange reason decided to clean one of the two coffee machines in the middle of service, ridiculous. Finally I've never been to a hotel who charged to top up the coffee and tea supplies in the room.

Checked in early and our room was ready. Met 2 lovely ladies on reception who were very helpful. Bed very comfortable. Location very good and we were able to walk everywhere including out to Magdalena Beach.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. If we go back to Santander we’d definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay. Very clean and good service. Cant talk to the breakfast or dining as we didn't eat there. Good value for money, would definitely stay again and recommend
