The light inside is very low

Clean rooms. Easy access to parking

We needed to ask for a change of room. The first assigned was not in good conditions. The second room was much better.

I didn't like service ask lady question was really rude .. There was bags in restroom shower

I’d only stay here if it was last resort the hotel rooms were dirty and the door keys didn’t work the weekend we stood and they didn't tell us till after we paid which sucked because we had to go to the front desk and ask for them to open our room doors both nights we stood there 1 out the 3 rooms we got had a working key for one day and then it stopped, the rooms had no towels and they seemed a bit dirty also the light switch don’t work only one does and it turns on all the lights in the room which is a hassle during night trying to use the restroom without waking everyone else up because in order to turn the restroom light the lights inside the room also turn on , only good thing is location and the pool area and patio area were nice

Room outdated but clean

Pool is not functioning and light switches are off (have to turn on the whole room to get the restroom light on) huge inconvenience at night when sleeping with other people.

First night we got there no hot water was provided. Till the following day we were able to shower.

Pool was out of service

No vending machines for ice

No blankets(bedspread)

The room at Colonial Hotel wasn’t ready as promised, but the location was great. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Service could’ve been quicker. Decent stay, but not exceptional.

I immediately informed the receptionist, who assured me that they would provide them. However, after an hour, I had not received them, so I followed up at the front desk. At that time, I was informed that they did not have any pillowcases available. On my third inquiry, I was told that the hotel does not use pillowcases at all. As a result, I had to purchase my own pillowcases from Soriana. This raises serious hygiene concerns, as it means hotel guests are sleeping on pillows that may have been used by others without proper protection. Me registré en el Hotel Colonial el sábado. Good quality, small pool dirty and the large one is repairing

Check in was super quick and super easy. Staff was very nice. Will most definitely stay there again when I go back.

Main reason I choose that hotel was for the pool it had no water in it

Property was OK clean convenient location they were remodeling the pools so they were not open breakfast not so good
