Clean and cute place, love the placement of the hotel and it’s area so close to a lot of places to go

It was clean, but there was no closet or dustbin in the room.

We stayed here for one night en route to a holiday property elsewhere and it suited us perfectly. As you would expect from Ibis, the hotel was basic but the staff were very friendly. The room and bathroom was more spacious than we had expected, it was very clean, quiet and very comfortable and we were able to access the hotel wifi without any problems. The hotel has its own parking and is within a few minutes walk of Lavaur and its many restaurants. We were very pleased to have chosen this hotel!

Very pleased with our stay. Rooms were comfortable, staff helpful. Very close to centre and all amenities. However, would have benifited with tea making facilities in room, although staff were very obliging to help out.

Ordered a twin (single + double), was given a double, complained and was given a single+single. Only staying a night so didn't bother complaining again.

Un accueil minimum, une chambre donnant sur la rue donc bruyante et le petit dejeuner standardisé ( pourquoi pas a minima du pain de la boulangerie locale ?)

Nous sommes arrivés très tard, le personnel à l’accueil a été Très professionnel à notre écoute malgré l’heure tardive et très accessible. Bravo et je recommande pleinement

Super accueil, chambre spacieuse, mais matelas du lit pas assez ferme.

La chambre est tout à fait correct et plutot de belle taille. Le petit dejeuner varié, un plus pour le jus d orange frais et les oeufs à la coque. Dommage pour la communication sur les produits annonces comme tres " sains" ( le jambon etait un peu trop rose et le pain avec des fruits et un pain deja vu dans d autres hôtels)

Bon hôtel dans petite ville du Tarn. Hôtel refait à neuf et très propre. Personnel charmant et Pro Chambre très moderne et bien chauffée Petit déjeuner très correct

Responsable qui s'autorise d'augmenter la facture de 10e sans prévenir et tout ça avec une amabilité semblable à celle d'un gardien de prison. un ibis style qui n'a que le nom de style.

Je suis venue juste pour une nuit mais jai été tres bien accueillie et la petite attention pour ma fille a été très appréciée.

Chambre à la hauteur du groupe. En revanche l’isolation phonique est une catastrophe!!
