Place was nice. Seems to have had some updates. Had issues with our room the first day. But they changed our rooms without issue. Buffet is ok. But it was good to take advantages of the many other restaurants to eat in the evening.

The entertainment was good, the food was really good, the room was a little dingy, the bathroom had a bad odor. The shower was hard to control. We had no hot water one day.

The Foods 😒😒😒😒 don’t like the foods

We previously stayed at this resort and were disappointed to see the quality decline. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but a few were not. The facilities still look good, but the rooms are in need of some renovation. The food was good, but we suffered food poisoning during our 4-day stay, which ruined the last two days of our trip. Additionally, there's a stream of water flowing from the hotel into the beach that smells terrible, and there were no beach loungers. Overall, it's clear that the resort needs some improvements.

Well, we visited for 4 days and 3 night a family trip, we are member they didn’t give us the VIP services. We are not happy we the services.

Good food, friendly staff. Our only issue was moving between locations whilst raining but this is not the fault of the hotel.

The Property was Great for Our Vacation.

The staff on the reaort was great. Our room seemed nice but had some issues. We had no hot water and then we started having a water leak from the ceiling and our room needed to be changed. We had to argue to get a new room that was the same as what we had, because they wantes to down grade us. The new room we were moved into also.had no hot water for the shower. Other than that the resort was ok.

The VIP beach area was probably the best thing about the resort. The room was dated. On my second day I didn't have hot water in the shower. The drink options in the room weren't great (one 7up, one beer, and 3 waters). Only had the buffet options for meals because of the reservation line being too long. The buffet was ok at best. Not a ton of options. The staff at the front desk were delightful.

The entertainment was good, the buffet bar was ok, the drinks are ok. The specialty restaurants were good. Major problem was the rooms, furniture is outdated and not modern at all

The main and probably the only thing that I did not like was the water pressure and the fact that warm water lasted a few seconds. I had to give my 3 year old cold showers after being in the beach and pool all day. The food was ok but very repetitive. Some food had flavor and other tasted like cardboard. Outside of that the entire place was super clean and staff was very attentive. Be careful with the vendors by the beach if they think you don’t know they will over charge you on things. The store in the place was also super expensive. A small kids candy toy was priced at $17 dollars. Something that cost in Florida $2 at a gas station. But I honestly cannot complain. I was able to go to all the bear by resorts that lifestyle has and use any pool other than VIP. Check in was easy and it ver all I would go back for sure.

The room I paid for was no te one on the website, when I went to the front desk and ask about it they said that is for marketing purposes, the property needs to be upgraded

There were crockroaches in my room and in my relatives, NO hot water. It was a mess
