Horrible experience from beginning to end. The hotel made me rent another room after being at the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia and that Expedia does this all the time and for me to rent through them. The rooms are disgusting and old the rest rooms are moldy. While at the hotel the employees would try to sell you time shares. Worst hotel I have gone.

Mold all over the room. A huge leak above my bed that leaked on me while i slept. And a huge leak above the toilet that leaked on me while using the toilet. I was told i couldnt change rooms.

Everything was horrible 😠 the staff was very rude, i wouldn’t recommend it 👎👎👎

Cleaning, the only problem was hot water, early in the morning and at night time, there was not hot water when needed early at 6:00 am.

It would be nice if they had different options for drinks. It was only one brand of alcohol at most of the bars. The staff were friendly. But the misleading timeshare style tour they give you is a bad move. They take half your day attempting to sell you property when you didn't ask to attend a meeting.

The hot water in the shower was very little you couldn't feel it .

Very bad experience, this one was our 4 time visiting lifestyle, and everything is going down. Food was very bad, terrible. Not recommended.

Excellent service

we need to wait 2 hours after 3pm to get our 2 rooms, not ready when we did the check in at 3pm, not hot water at all we call every day for this matter, maintaince go check and never gave us an answer on what is happening.

They need to improve more

It was not a great experience for us. We purchased a stay for 2 adults and 2 children through Expedia. When we arrived and checked in they charged us an extra of $250 for one child. They said we had put 2 infants. First day the toilet got clogged. We did wait for total of 4 hours for someone to come fixed it. We called once, and went to the receptionist twice before finally getting someone to have it unclog the toilet. The toilet continued getting clogged everyday until our last day. We never put in paper for the toilet to clog up. The first 2 days there was no pressure on the shower and no hot water. The room smelled like mold. We did the tour and they offered us a timeshare/gold packages. We told them the reasons for not doing it and after a while they became aggressive with and continued to convinced us after we told them no thank you. Other than the issues above, our stay was pleasant with the pools and the food was good.

The front desk staff could be more polite . They rudely avoided me while waiting to check in

I've been in the hospitality business for 46 years up and down the east coast with hotels ,Resorts , And Private clubs. The staff is excellent. From the smiling Bellman to Miss Terasa who cleaned my room. the front desk was very accomadating , I had a couple special requests and they were very helpful to me and my wife's family. I spent my honeymoon there, and will return October for our anniversary.

Shower was leaking nobody came to fix

We stayed for 10 days, 9 nights (May 25- June 6) and it was amazing! It was low season so we really didn’t have to worry about any lines or crowding. The food was great, even in the buffet The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was alright, just a little old. But the A.C. worked great. Ofcourse there’s not always hot water either. The Vip inclusion was amazing with the vip beach area and the bars. I really enjoyed every show they had every night for entertainment. The weather was also perfect! The only issue I had was the mosquitos but that was off the resort… bring bug spray! I would 10/10 come back!
