Room and everything exactly as in the photo. A few days earlier I emailed 196 bishopsigate to request an early check-in at 10 am. Because I arrived in London in the morning at 6 in the morning. And when checking in at 10 am the room was ready. Employees are all also friendly, strategic location near the station.
