I was in Room 428 door was in such a bad shape that I did show my sister I was able to open it with the ‘not disturb “ sign. I reported it to the person in the lobby and answer was “ O yes, we have some others like that!……Seriously? I will never go back with that sense of insecurity!

It was fine. The a/c didn’t cool the greatest. The shower was disgusting

Hotel.com said that I would be charged $59 to ad an additional night. They charged me $92 instead. Then it said pay at property zero due now, they charged my card right away causing me to be short on my mortgage that was auto drafted. They have not tried to make it right with me. I will not be using them any longer. They need to follow through on what they say/offer.

Very accommodating, great breakfast, nice staff members

The staff was great. Alexis was very helpful. I didn't like that you now have to put a list if peoples names that come to visit you or stays in the room with you when you check in.

Had a great stay at Comfort Inn in Clovis. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Reservation for handicap accommodations and was not handicao accessible! Manager then recommended making another reservation for an extra room with 1 king bed to accommodate us! Not paying for two rooms when my reservations clearly stated our needs! Pool usage another issue?? Never again.

Carpet in my room was very wet, not sure if it was recently shampooed or why it was wet, definitely kept my shoes on, front desk lady at check in was not friendly at all.

Bring your own pillows if you planning to use pull-out bed, as hotel won't provide them. Pillows on main beds very soft/unsubstantial. Will look for a more guest oriented place in future.

Just what we needed away from the main road in from Lubbock and away from the trains. Very nice and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had an excellent and delicious options!

Checked in after dark. When we got to the room, all the lamps were off so the switch wouldn’t work. Had to fiddle in the dark to find the lights. Other than that the room was fine and large. Breakfast was awful! We went to eat at 7, an hour after breakfast started and there was barely anything left. Hot breakfast had a couple biscuits left and a scoop of eggs. At no time did it get refilled. Coffee was empty l, water was empty. The lady working the dining area was too busy talking to the girl behind the check in desk than to make sure things were being filled. Only thing I saw her fill was the yogurts. And every chair in the dining area had rips and tears in the pleather.

Good price for a nice room and breakfast.
