Great hotel with excellent location directly connected to JR Sapporo Station. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful city views. Staff are friendly and professional, and the breakfast is highly recommended. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant stay.

This is my go to 'transit' hotel whenever I make my annual ski trip to Japan - with my first and last day always being at the JR Tower. The rooms are quite spacious - even the most basic type with enough room to open several suitcases - and the bathroom is also big with all the amenities one might expect. The breakfast is also excellent, with a huge spread of freshly prepared and yummy foods. The staff at the lobby are also top notch. They are always very pleasant and helpful, and really provide a sense of calm that one needs after a long day of travel.

The location is super convenient, being directly connected to the main train station in Sapporo. The hotel is also fresh, clean, and extremely spacious. Their breakfast is great as well. This hotel is, and will be, my first point of contact for my future ski trips to come as I move between airport-> Sapporo-> ski areas, and it's a great way to start any journey

I accidentally made my booking one day earlier than my actual arrival, but the hotel staff got me a room for no extra cost. I felt quite bad for my mistake. 10/10 would come back whenever I pass through the area.

The bedroom is very spacious for 2 people. Very spacious, can add 1 extra bed. Comfortable, next to Sapporo Station and Stellar Palace. Recommend.
