Avoid! Definitely not a 5 stars! Pictures online are made up. Rooms were old, mouldy bathrooms, dirty bed linen. The buffet was disgusting with cheap products and some recycled for next meals!!!!

I have been at this “resort” before in 2012 and it was way different, this time around the place is almost unrecognizable, unquantified, unexperienced and stressed out lobby staff, skeleton crew during peak season, rooms are dirty and outdated. I can go on and on about the broken locks, locked safe, clogged sinks, broken fridge, it was the worst experience I have had in years!!! The place still have potential but it will need a whole new management and staff. It is probably a two star hotel at best but I do not recommend this place at this time even to an enemy!!! I was about to leave after 24 hours, but I just did not want to upset my wife or my mother doing so. Stay away!! You are better off at a 2 star place. I usually do not give bad reviews but I found it necessary this time because I would not want to see someone paying top money for a worthless place.

I had such a great stay during my trip. I was very happy with the food selection at dinner. Beach and pool access are great! I plan to visit again.

Outstanding customer service and warm welcoming friendly staff, the Hotel got 3 beautiful big outdoor pools with a straight access to the beach, fun attractions and activities on the daily, clean restaurants with amazing variety of food in breakfast and dinner. Rooms are spacious and luxurious for a 5 stars Hotel. Great location,private clean and secure beach with 5 minutes walking distance to the Marina and the city of Yasmine Hammamet.

Excellent for families with kids. The only thing to improve is restaurant-buffet staff, some of them are amazing, others are useless and rude, so make sure you choose a table with a smiling attendants!

Good stay at this time of year before high season..good food and good stuff, beach is poor and swimpool is not perfect, otherwise if you look to relax its recomanded

Hotel was brilliant albeit the rooms were very dated. Had a few issues (water leaking from the toilet, shower drain permanently closed, hair dye on towels) but most of the issues were resolved in a somewhat efficient manor. Staff were really polite, most spoke English to some degree, all of the faces were friendly and approachable.

THE FACILITIES AND STAFF ARE FANTASTIC. WE HAD A GREAT TIME STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

Le Royal is indeed Royal, so much marble and grandeur in the main building, our room was very nice, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast was good. Great hammam and spa area and great access to the beach. Will definitely stay again when next in Hammamet and I can highly recommend to other trsvellers

I liked the how nice was the hotel as well as its location which was just perfect. The hotel is nicely built and equipped with great air conditioning and comfy linings. I enjoyed the meals however we had to pay for water and soft drinks at souper time. The staff was very kind and very easy to talk to. The exchange rate at the hotel was one of the best. In the other hand I was not really happy with the separated twin beds we had and we couldn’t get a replacement because the hotel was fully booked. Overall, everything was great, we didn’t bring the kids and I don’t really recommend it for families because other than the swimming pool there is not much for family activities.

All the staff was very polite decent food & quick service but the hotel don’t have shuttle & you have to catch a taxi each time well this hotel i Recomended for the families only not for group of friends coz in hammamet there’s not much to do apart from few Activities I recommend Djerba & Sousse.

5 stars hotel by all means. The stuff is very friendly. Food is delicious.Room prices are acceptable. I will really consider this hotel for my next visit to Tunisia.
