Pleasant welcome despite arriving in the early hours of the morning. Smiling staff. Loved the Santa's elf doors scattered in the hotel. A stone's throw from the central train station and within reasonable walking distance of the Haga district; sometimes even faster then taking the trame or the bus.

Clean, comfortable room. The walls were very thin, so could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. The doors slammed very loud, and would shake the room. The beds were comfortable, so still managed to sleep well. The lobby area was nice and breakfast good. The hotel is very well located just next to the main train station. Parking was plentiful, but rather expensive (£50 for 2 night stay) Wouldn’t rush back, but would consider it if there’s a good deal when I’m next in Gothenburg

Great place!

Great location near the central station and buses/trams. We had a fairly quiet room. Parking garage was a bit tight for maneuvering a Volvo V90 wagon but convenient with plenty of spaces and reached by an elevator from the hotel.

Reception staff really friendly. I was pleased to be able to check in a little early as I was exhausted after an early morning flight. My room was facing onto the atrium which was a little disappointing but for a two night stay it wasn't something I was bothered about. The choice for breakfast was brilliant but it was extremely busy at 9.30 Sunday morning. It was a different story at 6.30am Monday and much more relaxed. I ate dinner at the hotel Sunday night and the food was delicious and the service brilliant. I made use of the relaxation area on my first evening and enjoyed the jacuzzi with city views. Overall, very pleased.

Close to central rail station and lovely park. Shops and restaurants nearby. Get a local transport ticket and discover the rest of the city.

The hotel was ideally placed within the city and convenient for the train and bus stations (5 mins walk). The hotel was well decorated and maintained. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and professional. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with a wide variety of hot and cold options. The room allocated was a good size for a single occupant, clean, comfortable. Coffee/ Team making facility would have been good. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that on the 6th floor (where I was based) and directly outside my door contractors were installing new electrical or data cabling). There was a far amount of drilling being done. I was surprised the hotel allocated guests to this floor or part of this floor while this work was being carried out.

Very pleasant hotel near the central station so very convenient for trains and buses but also the city centre. Only disappointment was the struggle to get the air conditioning sufficiently cool and that the window would only open a very small amount.

Aside from being very clean and welcoming - the hotel was perfect for our family. A small but thoughtfully designed room accommodated a grown couple and two younger kids comfortably. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The proximity to the train station was why we booked, but I’d recommend even if that isn’t your mode of travel. The rooms were quiet and for a small extra fee we were able to check in early.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff

We were at the hotel in Gothia cup week when both hotel and city were totalling full and both coped admirably with this. Hotel service was excellent, with breakfast well organised and catered despite high numbers. Transport in the city is world leading.

Booked the queen with bunk beds. Great configuration. Grocery store across the street but hotel food and bev prices also very reasonable

Good hotel in a convenient location for all transport links we will be back

Excellent location just across from central station. Short walk to main centre/attractions. Lovely hotel bar and restaurant for breakfast with lots of choice. Nice rooms - would definitely recommend
