Despite being in the city center, it was very quiet. Nice, comfortable rooms with a very generous breakfast offer.

For the price to stay one night, parking should be included. For the price something as simple as better towels would be appreciated! The beds are horribly uncomfortable, the pillows are trash. I expect better quality at your price point.

Very bad, not Clean at all, no coffee no te, what do you do after 8 hours drive, and they say, there are nothing to eat at the hotel, and in the outside the temperature are below -16, bad very bad, in morgning not soup in shower, not Clean att all,

Always at Scandic, the beds are bad, and I miss a water cooker in the rooms

Very nice place in a super location. Easy stroll into the centre or to the riverside. Staff were super helpful, breakfast was great. Despite being part of a bland corporate chain there was just enough quirkiness about this place to set it apart. The price was good and the overall experience was great. Just a shame the bar was closed due to Covid 19 :-) but overall I have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Breakfast was delicious, good offering of fresh fruits, breads, jams and jelly. The door to our room was damaged and should be repaired. All was good.

There are very few hotels to choose from in the area. This hotel is in a good location near the airport, town center and roads/ routs further north. The service was very good, the staff are friendly and willing to accommodate needs/ requests. The building is currently undergoing some building/ maintenance work on the outside so its covered in scaffolding and the drop off/ pick up area out the front is closed. The restaurant is OK and has a small menu. I ate there one night and the food was good. But there are a lot of good quality restaurants over the road in the square. The rooms are clean but could do with some updating as a lot of the furniture and fittings are worn and tiered. The bathrooms are in much need of updating and renovation however they are clean. Overall a good hotel that could be much better. In a good location.

Good location. Temporary rerouting of street outside hotel makes it necessary to cross street for taxi. Restaurant service in the evening excellent - as well as the food - even though a bit expensive compared to other restaurants.

A very central hotel with a decent gym. Most taxis use this hotel as a waiting spot so it’s easy to find.

I was expecting high from the hotel based on its big name and good location. I was not well-received as they put me in a small noisy room and near the area of reconstruction. But I complained after one hour and they moved me to a much better room that made my night. I was still upset because why not we got the good service at first place and what about the other guests who could not the language or coming for one night stay!! Good breakfast though and helpful people in the kitchen.

Basic accommodation and breakfast assortment, very simple EVEN on Swedish standards. You know what you are getting when booking a scandic hotel, but this one seemed tired and lacked the sharpness I expect from this chain. Construction was going on during our stay, but there was next to no noise issues. Wifi was pretty good though. It was a solid OK overall.

Stay was very nice even though there was construction going on. Great location and breakfast! Will be staying there in the future.

Kallt på rummet, lite svårt att justera temperaturen. Lite tråkigt utbud av bröd på frukosten,ost och pannkakor torkade i kanterna Även om man inte behöver städa vore det bra om man kunde tömma papperskorgar dagligen, om man hämtar mat till hotellet blir det sopor.

Frukosten betalar man extra för 179kr ganska dyrt. Tråkigt inredda rum Nonchalant personal vid incheckning Saknade kaffe / the på rummet eller alt att man kostnadsfritt skulle kunna hämta i lobbyn
