Excellent location. Comfortable and clean accommodations.

The breakfast was very minimalist & could have been better.

Breakfast options were very limited

The room is clean and pillows are soft and fluffy. The lake view is beautiful. It’s quiet. It equipped an extra pillow and blanket and with luggage rack and ironing board in suite room. It’s a green hotel, bathtub has drilled holes, no water retention higher than the drilled holes. We came back late usually and no time for bathing. A drawback is the room key doesn’t able to swipe in elevators to select the floor and the room door as well. Be prepared for extra 15 minutes for going out in the morning to replace a new room key. It should have a lotion in suites room and a soap bar dish in bathroom sink. The bathtub curtain is not able to keep the water out, it leaks on the floor by the wall. It’s a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Evacuated in the night due to fire alarm and no staff offered information for 30mins whilst waiting in car lot. Staff on reception were rude and breakfast facilities were poor

AVOID THIS HOTEL! I had a terrible experience. The staff is rude and not helpful at all. I checked in at 4:00pm and the room was not ready when all rooms are supposed to be ready, I asked the lady at the front desk when it was going to be ready and she was very rude and just answered “I don’t know, not all rooms ready on time, it could be one or several more hours, you gotta wait”, not helpful at all. Then, the lobby is nice but rooms are horrible, super outdated, horrible beds (make noise), you can hear other people from your room, the sink was cracked, the AC makes noise all night and not clean (windows very dirty and the carpet as well). Finally, the complementary breakfast was terrible, just pancakes and boiled eggs, that’s it, nothing else to eat, they should improve that or do not offer the complementary breakfast. Please avoid this hotel, you can find something way better for same price.

Deborahia was so nice and professional. She made sure all our needs were met. Told us sites see and places to eat. The hotel was amazing the room was great loved the kitchen area and the pool area was amazing as well.

Room was nice. It was comfortable for me and 3 others. Only downside was the free breakfast was only eggs and bread and waffles. Not even sausages. Found that oddm the barely any options.

I really like everything about this hotel very convenient. Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice thank you very much and I appreciate it.
