Over all it was a nice stay

Overall a nice motel. Room service daily, which a lot of hotels don’t do anymore. Good breakfast, comfortable bed. The pool was in bad shape - green water we called the frog pond, but hot tub was clean. Also, if they put you in a room by the security gates, ask to move. They clang loudly every time people come and go.

this is a very nice hotel to stay at, you will not be disappointed. if you have any issues, the staff is great at figuring out solutions to make you happy. was a great place to stay for my dental trip.

Freeway close but without the noise and lots of dining options nearby. The pool was nice and the cabanas were great for shade. Nice breakfast buffet but could have used a little more variety. The Thursday Happy Hour was a plus.

Nice hotel with lovely pool.

The atmosphere of the place was great. I especially loved all the water features throughout the property. The staff were super attentive to whatever needs we had. Staying here we felt like royalty.

We really relax in this hotel . The staff and the way they provide for their patrons is wonderful . Very low key but comfortable . No added fees and a good breakfast too .

I love staying here in the winter because they heat their pool. We started staying here about 6 years ago and we absolutely loved the memory foam beds since my husband and I have bad backs. Unfortunately, beds do wear out and they are being replaced with a different kind of bed that aren’t nearly as comfortable. I would stay there more often if it wasn’t for that. They also cut down a lot of beautiful trees inside the property and planted some trees that my husband said will not do good in the Arizona desert. The owner lives in California and may not have done his research before he planted them. Other than these things, the staff is great, the free breakfast is really good except for no gluten or dairy free options. The pool area is really nice and I heard they just redid it snd the cool deck. So I really loved this place until they changed the beds. The rest is just not that important. Oh, btw, it’s a great value if you’re looking for something nice and a good price. I have stayed here many times and I’m sure I’ll be back.

We will stay here again. The service is excellent. The breakfast was good and the area was clean. Happy hour is a bonus! The pool area is pretty and has a tropical feel. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great Breakfast with lots of choices. Coffee, tea and water available 24 hrs. Pleasant help and pool was very clean.

This hotel never disappoints. Super clean, super friendly and has a resort atmosphere. Everyone there is always smiling and helpful. The pool is warm and the hottub is hot. Both are cleaned every day. Free breakfast is huge and offers more choices than any hotel i have ever stayed at. The two free drinks per person with lite snack is served every night from 5 to 7.

Nice property, older design with good updates. Quite neat and clean with particular attention paid to lobby and breakfast area.

The inn is new, convenient and quiet. The issue I had without check in was that our train was 2 hours late which put us in after midnight and even though I had called to inform them that we would be checking in later than anticipated, all of my contact messages and reservation information had been deleted from both their system and the attendant couldn’t find the Expedia information either. I had taken copies of my Expedia reservation and note from my personal phone call to the motel letting them know of delays and the attendant set us up with a room. Since I was not able to get a room from my Expedia account, I want to make sure I am not charged twice.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The property itself could use some updating.

King size suite was roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Coffee maker worked.fine but the coffee was bad. No problem because I could get good coffee in the dining area starting at 5am. Breakfast was very good and included with price of room. The pool looked a little cloudy but was refreshing. Grounds are pretty with tropical fauna and trees. Overall, the place is a little on the older side but clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. I would stay again. I would suggest a ground floor aa there is no elevator.

Very worth the price. Good breakfast and wonder pool and jacuzzi.
