Middle of town!

Good hotel, limited eating options midweek in area

Scandic Pori is a good option to stay in Pori. The hotel is quite close to the train station and very close to the city center. It is very easy to go for many places starting from Scandic. The hotel is clean, the front desk professionals are friendly. The breakfest is quite good and complete. The standard room is quite small (bellow Finland average). If you have larger bags, it could be a difficult. The price was slightly higher than Tampere and Hensinki. I didn't understand why. But I would stay again in this hotel for sure. Good option.

Nice hotel that was close enough for me to walk into the city center but quiet enough to relax, I would use it for another trip.

This was our second stay at Scandic Pori. A basic hotel with a good location and parking facilities, friendly staff, and a fair breakfast including vegan options, which was a definite bonus for us. Unfortunately, the rooms are quite outdated and the air-conditioning was noisy (you could adjust the temperature but not the speed) and kept us awake for the better part of the two nights of our visit.

Mukava hotelli, erittäin koiraystävällinen. Miinusta ahtaasta parkkihallista ja vain yhdestä käyttökelpoisesta sähköauton latauspaikasta (type 2). Senkin paikan valloittivat vielä ”dinosaurusautot”.

One Night stay, Hotel in good location with walking distnce to town and shops. Staff was average helpful. From the outside Hotel seems old and oudated but inside it is ok and rooms were clean. Breakfast was rich however too many people at once, the Hotel should check their Covid19 policy. I just grabbed quickly some food and got out of the Restaurant asap as there was a long que to all the buffet food. Pori as a town has not too much to offer or see

Ok as always. Staff friendly. Pillows small and lumpy

The location was amazing but the rooms were very small and outdated. The bathroom had outdated white tiles and not very functional layout. We stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned even once. we were a couple and upon asking multiple times we were not given Queen bed instead we had 2 twin beds that cannot be joined. The restaurant had only one appetizer as veterinarian. So while my 3 friends already ordered their meat dishes, I went downstairs and got a veggie dish for me. When I joined them, I was asked rudely to take the food out. Later the manager apologized but then again it was unacceptable how I was treated.

Hotel was very good and the staff was very nice and helpfull.

Fulfilled the requirements for a business hotel

It was an average hotel a bit far off the city centre. Service and breakfast were good.

Great location for business trip. Will stay again.

The room I first was given had not been cleaned, but I went to the desk and they gave me an upgrade without batting an eye. In the new room, the rug hadn't been vacuumed very well and there was what was left of some moron's big toenail on the carpet when I got there. The sauna also could have been hotter, but the steam room was awesome. It's a very nice hotel, and the staff were awesome. Recommended. Would have gotten 5 stars without the "object in the carpet" and if I would have been able to go straight to my assigned room.

Nothing to complain basically. Strong in every area of service. Clean and modern, refurbished, large room. Great breakfast. No setbacks observed.
