Great spot, very modern rooms and building. Very close to shops and attractions. Exceptionally clean!

I had basically a windowless room (internal facing window that does not open). So if it matters to you double check when you are checking in that you have a window. Staff are super nice and I get the hotel was too full to switch but yikes.

The location was close to few landmarks. However the hotel air conditioning was not working. It was advertised they have A/C but it was centralized therefore no control unit inside the room. No welcome amenities (bring your slippers!) in the bathroom—Very basic!

The hotel was 10 minutes walk to the train station. Near Oslo University.

This hotel was in a great location close to bars/restaurants. The staff were friendly let us check in early (2hrs). The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Bar staff and front desk could gain from some customer service training.

Suitable place to stay with kids.

The room was fine for one night. While the photos at the time of booking were representative of the room we chose and were given, be aware that the “family rooms” could be rather cramped. They are really just double rooms where, once made up, the sofa bed eats into most of the available space, such that there is only a narrow path along which to move through the room. There was a faint foul smell from the drains in the bathroom. Had this been worse or we had been staying more than a night, we would have mentioned this to the staff during our stay but we found it bearable for one night. The staff were friendly at check in and the ability to leave luggage in a secure room after checkout while made sightseeing much easier and more comfortable.

We stayed 3 nights and overall it was ok. On Saturday night there was a lot of noise coming from a bar/club outside the hotel. The breakfast room was very overcrowded and they were not refilling what was empty; the choice of food was good early in the morning but not for us.

Paid a very high price for rooms. Specifically got a room with a/c. Then got told upon check in that the room we are booked is has a/c but it’s broken. Wouldn’t switch us rooms even though we paid extra for air conditioning. The wifi in the room did not work. They said they would send someone to fix it, never did.

Outstanding hotel on the northwest side of Oslo. A 10-15-minute walk to the heart of the city. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent, something to look forward to every morning. Rooms were large and clean. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful and I highly recommend this hotel.
