Bugs Bugs and more bugs throughout the hotel. They charge you an extra $10 if you book online and you're caught in the middle to be force to pay the $10 because the reservation has a No Refund clause when you show up to the lobby. What a way to rip you off.

We had a good experience during our stay here. Customer service was great and friendly. Rooms where comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking and nice surroundings.

Very nice staff

This is my second time staying at this property. For me, it serves my needs: clean, quiet, includes breakfast, decent location, and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The floors are not carpeted, so it can be a bit loud - especially if you're close to the lobby. The rooms are "fine". Nothing fancy at all, but they have a fridge with a small freezer (not all place I've stayed with a fridge also have a freezer). If you're looking for a place to crash that's reasonably priced (you get what you pay for), then is is a very good option. I'd stay here again.

friendly staff

For a quick night stay place was fair.

The receptionist that was on duty wasn't friendly. She acted like a robot. She seemed like she didn't like being there. The place seems to be going down hill. No coffee pots in the room.

The girl at the front desk was so nice when we checked in. Unfortunately they gave us room 101. Which shares a wall with the breakfast area and the lobby. There was loud music playing until 2:30 in the morning. I am not a Karen. I do not mind people having a good time. But the walls were actually shaking. The base was so intense. Then about five in the morning breakfast started up.. also the room appeared clean at first glance, but there were wrappers on the floor in the bathroom, What looked to be a meatball next to the fridge, there was something splattered and dried on the front of it, and the tub did not drain.

Bed was the hardest bed I've ever felt. It actually hurt to sit on the edge of the bed. Bathroom light only came on with a fan that was absurdly loud. The heating unit made weird loud noises so we had no head. The window was broken and cracked and taped. They need to fo better.

The hair dryer blew up in my Moms hands right as she turn it on and started smoking, toilet would clog just from going #1, the staff was nice but the breakfast was limited and they ran out of food before 8 am

Stayed in the best room. It was nice.

Property located in ideal place if you're heading towards Yuma, AZ ... which is about an hour's drive away. Convenient to park ... easy to check in. Room is comfortable enough thankfully, too.

The price was amazing for a king room with a tub. Quiet. Clean, soft and warm bed. All the positives. A surprise deposit of $100 which a week later my husband has not received back yet and we left it as clean as possible. I would suggest the deposit be stated or charged with other charges on Expedia so there are no surprises when checking in. The lobby did need to be cleaned looked really dusty and the breakfast nook and food… needs to be cleaned better and food actually warm. The photos are deceiving. However, all in all 8/10.

The facility was very adequate but the shower leaked and wet the bathroom floor. Tried turning it off several times . I accidentally stein the wet floor early morning and it was an unpleasant experience. Two of my friends indicated that their bathroom sinks were clogged

Was charged a deposit of $100

The bedsheet and blanket had hair on them. The tissue paper holder came off at first use. The sofa chair was extremely dirty. everything was very unkempt.
