Great property and prompt service

Everything was perfect except not to places to eat close by, but they do have Uber Eats

It was a great location with only 10 min taxi to the airport however it was dated.

The hotel overall is nice, clean and the staff was super friendly. However, what surprised me was that the pool was for an additional fee. I do not know if Orbitz forgot to mention about it or the hotel. Also, no mini fridge in the room was unacceptable. Breakfast was tasty but pricey. The location is quite good, close to mall and convivence stores. Also, be prepare to pay for the parking lot.

The hotel was very good, but they would charge extra for using the pool. The mini bar was more like a box for storing things. It would never cool. The service desk was usually empty. We had to ring the bell for assistance. It was very far from the old town. Once in the old town, it was very hard to find a parking spot.

Functional hotel, quite good location towards the airport. Maybe a bit outdated, but alright to stay for a night. Breakfast is in another building. Swimming pool is in the nearby hotel, which is good, but the info should be provided by reception.

House keeping was poor

20 minutes to city centre by bus or taxi. Basic room. One day got tidied up by this my clothes on bed put in floor and beds made even though not tucked in but just straightened. I could have done this myself. Swimming pool is additional cost and next door so is the breakfast which is also in next door hotel.

Good for the price. Car rental on site. Bit of a taxi ride to downtown

Dont worry about booking here...very good and excellent polish breakfast available.

Average hotel, overpriced for average quality and cleanliness. Could have been better.

1. The hotel we were supposed to stay at was closed and under renovation. We were directed to another hotel - no one informed me about this in andvane. (primer hotel) 2. We ordered a room with a queen bed, I received two single beds. When I said I would like to get a room with one bed, we were moved to a room with two single beds pushed together - unbelievable. 3. No room service - no one came after the first night to refill coffee or tea, change towels for clean ones, etc. 4. The refrigerator wasn't working.

Overall good hotel- good location. Clean and tidy.

Very easy receptionist was was excellent

I have stayed at this hotel before. This time the room was run down, bathroom tiles cracked, sharp under foot as grout also had cone out. Wallpaper ripped and hanging off the walls. Had requested a shower but got a bath. Moved rooms the next day and was given another room with a bath. Moved again. No apology as such. Very noisy as they had some sort of conference and many people.

Service was good but going for dinner next boulding after arriving later evening it is not nice,can't use landline call to reception also bathroom need repairs shower area !! That's not 4 star hotel Sorry😒
