More like b and b ,no food in evening. Reception closed at 10 pm so could not get even get bottle of water.Rooms dated.

Shower head not functioning properly as doesn’t stay in place, but everything else was great!

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location I had a comfortable stay at Klarinn Hotel Prague Castle. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a relaxing base for exploring the city. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the castle and other historic sights. However, the bathroom, particularly the toilet, could have been better maintained and cleaner.

Perfect location!

I did not feel safe at this property. It was not properly staffed. the front desk was empty after 6 or 7 o'clock at night. I had to let myself in with the key and sometimes people would come in with me without key. One night a stranger whisked in behind me when i opened the door and then wanted to get on the elevator with me. I was on my own walking up 5 flights to be safe. If there had been staff there that could have been prevented. There are no measures in case something goes wrong. Qe are all on our own at that hotel from 7 or 8 at night until 10 in the morning. I complained and asked what to do in an emergencyand the staff had no ideas. I did like the old world ambience, it was a convenient location, my room was clean but the service was outrageous.

Beautiful and safe

Property was great value for the location which was fantastic. The room clean and large towels changed when needed, only gripe would be that it didn’t look vacuumed when we arrived and it wasn’t during our stay also basically no shower in our room just bath. But overall a good stay

Always my go to when staying in Prague. Beautiful view of the palace and a short walk to old town.

Everything was excellent with the exception that no Wi-Fi was available the entire week I was there. Otherwise highly recommend

The property looked ok but here are problems, rooms were dirty, plumbing broken, TV did not work, non-smoking room had been used by smoker, heater had no controls wi-fi non-existenxe staff friendly but could not help with any issue.worst hotel in 40 years of travel

Room was really nice and big, maybe a little bit old. Location of the hotel is fantastic between castle and old town. Metro station very close. And the price was awesome! I can recommend this place :)

Great location!

Overall I give the property a fair marking. I do love its proximity to areas of interest and if you are a super budget person this is the place to go. After that is when I saw problems will list the bed was horrible no support, carpet really needed a good cleaning, in the restroom light kept flicking on / off shower constantly clogged up and I know this is an older building but taking lift is almost a waste since you have to go a floor above your floor and walk down to get to the room. Then found out most of the staff quit which should have been my first indication this is going to be a mess.

Since I checked in, I didn’t see any reception or staff, they start at 10 am and leave 9:00 pm, so if you need something, either you need to waste you day and wait (don’t leave the hotel till after 10 am, or come back early) on both cases you will be wasting you day. The hotel old fashion, doesn’t use electronic card for accessing the room, so you have to carry with you 3 Keys with big wood made knob. The 3 days stay, I didn’t have any Wifi access, so I had to buy a sim card, they are lying about the Wifi! Since you don’t see any staff and reception, people don’t know what to do with the keys when they checkout, so I saw many people leaving the keys on the outside counter of the front desk! I am very mad about the wifi, just pissed me off. These guys who make business and advertise properties, they manipulate customer, with permission and backup from Orbitz and other online service provider!

Firstly we were given the wrong room against what we we promised. the following day we were put into the room we requested however the heating was hardly on and remained that way for the duration of our stay. On the Saturday we had no hot water to shower with and over the weekend we had no housekeeping to clean our room.

The room was perfect with a great view, staff was friendly and the property was clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again!
