This is an older hotel and can use some enhancements. For example the key pads on the doors did not work well. My parent’s room had the most issues where they had to wait 20 mins for their door to be opened by maintenance. They also had consistent issues with their TV. Most staff was very helpful but the hotel lacked a lot. The food in the restaurant was also very poor quality.

Solo deben arreglar la alberca no es posible que una corporación como esta procastine una amenidad tan impórtate ya que muchas personas como yo elegí hospedarme ahí justo por el servicio y beneficio de la alberca y llegar y recibir la noticia que no está disponible es decepcionante !!

Overall clean and simple hotel. A little far out from the city central and driving to and from was a little annoying because of how the streets in Mexico are. The pool could be a tad warmer, straight up freezing cold water. Elevator to parking wasn’t working only stairs. No fridge in room, laundry needs to be reserved. Otherwise you get what you need and good to go. Standard basic hotels. I would recommend dining outside though, hotel food not worth the price.

From the beginning my experience was horrible. Getting told payment was not done to not being let in the room at a reasonable time. Room smelled and not very nice as in photos. Next day being followed to see what room number I am.

We recently visited from Las Vegas, this place was very comfy! Everything was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable, SHOWER WAS WARM AND STAYED WARM (big plus!). Check-in was very fast. We always felt very safe!

Staff is friendly and courteous, hotel installations are clean and well maintained but it is clearly dated . Mattress felt pretty thin and the towels were clean but again need to be replaced. Room service was great and so is the breakfast. It is a solid choice if you have business to tend to in the area, but hotel is in the middle of an industrial area so no walking to explore or getting food outside the hotel unless you take a taxi. There are things nearby just not walking distance. Highlights: Staff and food. Downside: Dated, industrial location.

Very close to everything, located in a nice area and very accesible, closed garage parking and we felt safe. Clean rooms, look exactly like pictures, & they followed all covid protocols.The only thing would be the small bathroom/shower area had curtains that were not large enough to keep the water inside the shower area.

When we arrived the front desk agent was nice/ Helpful. The room was ok, minor cleanliness issues but nothing to make a fuss over. The next morning left a note for the cleaning attendant if she can please change the sheets on both beds and left her a of 50 pesos. When I returned to the room the sheets were changed but the rest of the room seemed as it was cleaned half ways. There was debris on the carpet, the living area trash was still in the container and it just wasn’t cleaned good. This was the last night staying there so I left it alone. Around midnight we get a knock on our door and they said “Room Service”, we were already asleep, and for them to say room service in English seemed sketchy, we said through the door that we didn’t order room service and to leave. That made my night very uneasy. I basically stayed up the rest of the night. How did they know that we spoke English in that room, makes me believe that maybe it was a set up from one of the employees. I didn’t feel safe anymore.

It was a nice basic hotel and with a basic buffet breakfast. room service was average nothing bad nothing great. needs were really comfortable though.

A local told me the area this hotel is in is called "The Beast". There is nothing in the area to walk to. The shuttle was only for companies that paid for it for their employees. They would not even take me to a local restaurant. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows don't open. The wifi went down and they couldn't even check me out and I have not received the promised emailed receipt. The light on the room desk broke so I could not work and had to change hotels. The food in the restaurant was bad. I cannot recommend this property.
