great place to stay

The pool was the best part.

Very old, nowhere, bad location. Looks like motel and it’s totally not a hotel. Very bad smell . Very bad everything !

Nice option for us as we were attending a show at The Luther Burbank Center. Close proximity to the freeway and to local restaurants and stores.

It was a nice hotel, the staff was great. A little older in appearance but clean.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Sandman Hotel. Room was clean and in very good condition, refrigerator and microwave worked, and bed was comfortable. Five stars!

So retro and so fun. Nicely updated but kept the feel of a classic motor lodge.

Such an awesome place

The room was really cute. It had a weird smell, we assumed it was us after having spent the entire day at the river. The smell did not dissipate. The following morning, I asked for house keeping as it is only offered every three days during the stay. When we returned from the day out, housekeeping did not come. The smell was worse. We tried opening the windows and in doing so, the blinds broke. We called the front desk and after two hours, and me having to physically go to the front desk, we got a sheet that was put over the window. The following morning, I went back to the front desk, requesting house keeping and maintenance for the broken blinds. We were gone all day, returned to a room that was tidied up, but the blinds still broken, sheet covering the window and that weird smell. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but mostly because we were only in the room to sleep. We visit Sonoma county often, but will not be booking here again.

It's a decent upgraded motel. Good value. Some outside noise from parking lot and walkways. Very comfortable bed (some might think it's too soft). Water pressure in shower was fantastic - which is rare for any hotel. Nice large TV. Full breakfast is included which adds to the value.

We first drive up to the motel and there is a suv with broken in windows alll over it right next to the lobby. There is strong weed smell. Besides the amazing sweet bartender, the rest of the staff always seemed bothered and unwilling to help or talk when asked about certain amenities.

The pool, breakfast and unique surroundings were great!

Not what I was expecting after reading other reviews. Breakfast was only available at their pool bar area which was open air - a bit frigid with little to no seating.

The tv didn't work but everything else was fine.
